Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. AustraliaIt was unexpected that we need to have a 200 HKD deposit per swipe card. I did not notice it. Additional card holders also requires 200 HKD per card - unexpected and should be more upfront in the Booking.com booking page. The deposit requirement was not written in the "Additional information". The bathroom drain area is also a little backlog and the water does not drain very well from the shower after two users using it consequently. It is important to also highlight that the hot water is not continuous and requires a 30 min waiting time for reheating before the following guests can use it. They might consider installing a continuous system in the future?
The bed were comfortable and nearly arranged in our room. I appreciate that the bed have empty spaces below to slide baggage after use to create more space in the living area. We like the fact that the room we stay has A/C. The staffs is nice and allow early check-in. Location is also very convenient. It has free complimentary WiFi and it is very reliable. The staffs and room also provide a international adapter power board which was super helpful in allowing all our electronics to be connected during our stay.

We did not experience hard time commuting since there is a bus outside that goes to the airport directly. Overall, it was a good experience. Will stay here again when we go back.

The location was excellent! Near to mongkok mtr station just 5mins walk! Near to convenient stores, local food restaurants and souvenirs shops!

United KingdomNot much to say - understand it is a Guest House, not a serviced hotel - i.e. rooms for rent. It's downtown Hong Kong, so space is a premium, rooms are small, basically space for the beds, and not much else - but well laid-out & perfectly adequate - incl. toilet/shower & plenty of space to slide bags under the beds.
Excellent location. Mong Kok, not far from MTR stop and airport bus stops a few metres away along Nathan Road. Being on 24th and 23rd floor means it's also quite quiet, esp. considering how well located it is in the beating heart of Kowloon.

MalaysiaTV was malfunction but we hardly used it so we just ignored it after our check in. A double bed was relatively small (smaller than queen bed & larger than a super single), fits in 2 female so it was still fine for us. Space was minimum but it was still ok given with the cheapest price amongst the area. Water heater took some time before we can use it but it was still ok. Although the buiding looks old and the public walkway smells a little, the room was clean, quiet and soundproof. I think it is perfectly fine for travellers that only come back to sleep at night. Not quite sure about the safety in Mongkok because anyone can enter the premise/building. But digital locks are available at our own room & also the main door to access before entering our room. Single woman should be more cautious when taking the lift i guess
I knew Hong Kong would be expensive for the accomodations so i have expected the price. Located strategically in the city centre of Mongkok, walking distance to MTR & bus stop that goes directly to airport. Alot of amenities nearby like pharmacies, restaurants, shop buildings & many more. Super convenient. The room was equipped with kettle, hairdryer works very well like super huge air, water flow was huge, bed was comfortable. Got our keys earlier & left our bags in the room before the actual chec-in time. Came back 30mins before check-in time & the rooms are cleaned already.

The most excellent thing about this place is the location, specifically its distance to the train station and the nearby money changer and food shops. The room is a bit small but considering the purpose of this trip. This served its purpose, a place to rest after a tiring day.

United KingdomThe building was being renovated, so it was quite noisy and they started early in the morning.
The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable, the shower worked well and the air-conditioner kept the room cool enough. The staff were always friendly and helpful and checking out was easy.
