Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

Saudi ArabiaThe breakfast was very disappointing and definitely not worth the extra charge. It was a limited set menu with only one dish and one drink per person, which is far below expectations for a property of this standard. Service was also extremely slow—we waited more than 45 minutes just to get a simple egg dish.
The studio was excellent—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The balcony was a highlight with stunning views over the harbor. The room itself felt modern and well-maintained, and the staff were polite and helpful

Saudi ArabiaThe breakfast experience was not that great. The food quality was top notch however having breakfast as a set menu is not very practical and options are not that much to choose from.
Everything about the hotel was amazing, starting from the special scent of the hotel that can’t be described to the reception from the staff during check in to the room it self and the facilities it had to the swimming pool and gym. Staying here was a lovely experience. The hotel is located in a perfect place viewing the Harbour. Had a direct link to the musea mall. Steps away from Nathan road museum of space, museum of art and avenue of stars. Highly recommend

AustraliaThe location is excellent. Central and gloriously surrounded by shopping of astronomical luxury. The best of the best. The views are to DIE for. The staff are absolutely A-MAZING!!!! TRACEY AND KATY ARE GUNS!!! Professional, resourceful, able to create practical solutions when issues arise and they couldn't do enough to make us feel cared for and sooo very special. We will never forget our wonderful stay at K11 ARTUS. The decor is second to none soothing, dramatic and create interest for the viewer. The food is delicious and generous and staff are highly effective operators ensuring ease of occasion. In your life you MUST once at least TREAT YOURSELF kindly and dabble in luxury and serenity at K11 ARTUS. It's impeccable.

United StatesThe price is on the high end but you get what you pay for. For an overnight stay it’s probably overkill but if you’re staying 3 nights or longer, you’ll be very comfortable. It would have been great if they had travel sized laundry detergent in room. The marketplace at the mall unfortunately had very large containers only.
Space: for a family of four, it’s hard to exceed a size and layout as the Harbor Two. You get two bedrooms, one with a queen and another with two twins, each with their own bathrooms. You also get a kitchenette, washer/dryer machine, a dining area, a lounge, and balcony. You can spend time in the apartment and not feel claustrophobic. There is a wrap around balcony where each bedroom gets its own balcony. Location: aside from the harbor views from Kowloon overlooking HK Island, you’re well connected by public transit with TST and East TST situated under the building on level B2. We stayed on the East end of the complex in the residences section, which tended to be quieter and have its own set of elevators going to the ground level as well as the shops and food court/playground plus the parking level. In addition to a diverse range of food choices on the B2 level, you also had access to the parking level. Staff were kind, courteous, respectful of your space if you needed downtime.

AustraliaFrom the moment we checked in to the time we checked out, we were amazed by the service, staff and views that the K11 Artus has to offer. Aiden at the front desk and Wing Yip made our stay very comfortable and helped us with anything we needed. The room itself was amazing with breathtaking views of Victoria Harbour. The hotel is close to all amenities, walking distance from Legoland, The Space Museum and Avenue of the stars as well as showing centres and an array of delicious food and markets

SingaporeActually there wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property. On the 2nd night, there was a strong smell of cigarettes (not really sure what it was) in our room and when we informed the front desk, within minutes the duty manager and one more staff came to our room to investigate. They were helpful, thorough yet concerned for us. They offered another similar room but we declined bcos we liked our room and they decided to put an air purifier and humidifier in our room. They followed up with a text after investigating and updated us. No more smells for the rest of our stay. And to my surprise, upon checkout, they waived our breakfast expenses (we didn’t book with breakfast option but did have breakfast at their restaurant 3x for 3 people). Despite this incident with the smell which seemed to be a one off incident, it did not affect my impression of the property and they way the handled it impressed me.
The location which was very convenient to good eating spots and public transport, the view (we booked the harbour view), the space (separate bedroom) with a living room and dining area, and the sofa bed even had a partition for privacy. It was clean and the service was excellent - personable yet professional.
