    Location is good

    Nonstop extremely loud construction noise from 10am-5pm - they can do nothing as the noise can be heard anywhere in the building. The construction will continue for at least another 4 months. Avoid the place if you want a quiet stay during daytime.

    It’s no frills. Room is small. With 2 large balcony. Has clothes rack so very good if you are there for a long time and can wash and dry clothes quickly. Fridge is super cold! Stove is not the cleanest though not the dirtiest. There is detergent and sponge but no hand soap. So has to get my own. Staff very responsive. Location is close enough to GION. Need to climb about 10 steps to get to lobby.

    Stove area can be upgraded. Pls provide hand soap

    Loved the convenient location, harbour view, and swimming pool. In general, I feel comfortable in this hotel. This is my second time staying here.

    This was my second time staying here and each time, I smelled an odour in the room. However, my family could not detect this odour/it was faint for them, so perhaps it was just me. It may be worth considering how the ventilation of the room can be improved and making sure that every room smells fresh.

    The location is very near the MTR station.

    Some facilities are close for renovations, so we didn't get to enjoy some of their facilities.

    The staff were exceptional and very professional and empathetic to my disappointment with the facilities/amenity of the hotel. It was clean and had a good view to the Harbour.

    The photos do not fairly represent the aged nature of the hotel, view of rubbish on roof tops and tired apartments are not shown in the pics of the room option photos. Everything was clean and tidy just very old and worn, also a unpleasant smell in the room. We didn't stay we left to find another hotel.

    Comfortable bed; wonderful, and tasty breakfast; super close to HKU metro station

    Some of the facilities and furniture need a minor renovation or fixing: the wonderful window bench had stains on it, so I spread a towel to sit comfortably; the walk-in shower is too close to the entrance door; the drain hole in the toilet booth spreads a terrible smell.

He promptly administered first aid assistance with calm expertise, ensuring my mother felt safe and supported throughout.     Great location right next to the bars and restaurants in Kennedy. Comfortable bed and a big enough room by HK standards. Amazing staff who are so, so helpful.

    We booked 4 rooms for a group, of which, 1 room we paid more for a harbour view. Harbour view room was fully booked so we were upgraded to club harbour view room without club privileges - totally reasonable. All 4 rooms are the same size, with the harbour view room overlooking a section of the western port and harbour. You can see a similar view at the gym and pool. The other 3 rooms were facing another residential block and straight to the windows of neighboring flats. Shower pressure was excellent. Service staff were generally friendly. Hotel is located very near HKU MTR station exit and has eateries and a 7-11 surrounding the hotel. If the selection of eateries is not sufficient, Kennedy Town just 1 station away has an excellent spread.

    Interestingly, the club room feels less comfy because the floor was all hard parquet instead of carpet (other 3 rooms were carpeted). There was also a missing day bed in the club room (other 3 rooms had day beds), which would have been crucial, seeing how good the view is. While the view is better, I now wonder if it was worth the additional price for the upgraded view. Rooms are clean, but they feel quite old and in need of refreshing. Small nooks like security door lock was filled with dust.
