Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

We arrived at the hotel jet lagged and tired at 9am, check in was 3pm. To assist us we were offered a different room which l think was a little smaller immediately for no extra cost.. It was a life saver for us, thank you. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable.. shower was fabulous and staff were helpful at all times..

SingaporeOne of the housekeepers was quite rude when we asked for help with refilling the water dispenser. She rolled her eyes at us and said, “What do you want?” in Cantonese. She then entered our room and refilled the water tank in the bathroom without emptying the remaining water or cleaning the tank first. I personally find this unhygienic and can only imagine how many times this process has been repeated without proper cleaning.
The room was clean and comfortable. I liked the design of the hotel room—simple yet modern. The hotel is conveniently located near the Jordan MTR station.

Room was larger than expected. For Hong Kong it was large for the price so great value for money. Great location for exploring different areas of HK. Also had a nice view from the room and loved the large windows. Shower was really good.

AustraliaThere was a welcome drink that i was meant to redeem, however upon request at the bar i needed some voucher. I said to the waiter that i just checked in and never received a voucher and if he could call reception to confirm, even-though theres a brochure in the hotel room saying I’m entitled to a welcome drink, he advised that I’m not entitled to have it, and needed to jump through hoops to redeem the welcome drink, which all proved to hard. In saying that the only option for the welcome drink was a beer. I would suggest the hotel be more flexible with redeeming the welcome drink, and furthermore with other options rather than beer, because not everyone drinks beer. Although everything else was great, this was not a great first impression.

The room is, as is standard in HK, rather small but thanks to its ingenious layout and moving furniture it didn't feel that way at all. It was very clean, few noises from outside during the day and the location was very convenient, both in itself and by proximity to the nearest metro station. The hotel staff, especially Ms. Evelyn Poon, are forthcoming and always warm and helpful. Overall great value for money and I would not hesitate to visit again or recommend to friends and family.
