The room was large and functional, it had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. It was very clean. The free coffee and soft drinks throughout the day was a bonus. The location was ideal. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The curtain let light in directly onto my face (bed was next to the wall). It's a little far from a subway station but buses and taxis are convenient

Noisy AC and uncomfortable beds made for a not so great night’s sleep.

Beautiful design for both the rooms and the common areas. The room was very spacious. The gym is small but well equipped. There is also a very convenient water fountain in the hall.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Access to the lounge area with coffee, drinks and "happy hour" is great, particularly when you arrive there after a long flight. Beautiful space as well.

Cannot thing of anything!

Great place! The room was spacious and clean, the reception very helpful and it’s located in a very popular area with lots of restaurants and shops (also public transport) nearby. There is even a complimentary bar where you get get water, coffee, sodas and even alcohol for free during happy hour! They also have books and board games for the guest to use. Absolutely recommended if you have a stop in Hong Kong island!

Nothing much to gripe about, other than the coffee machine in the room that required descaling. They never attended to it no matter how many times I told the staff. But that isn't a deal breaker.

The ambience of the hotel is great. Warm and you feel comfortable right away. Especially after a long plan ride into the country. It's close to the Buses, Trams and MTR. A few minutes to walk, and convenient.

Some small lights constantly on in the bedroom e.g. router, control panels etc Toilet placed in a way that made it quite cramped - if moved over an few cm would be perfect Quite a lot of scuff marks on the walls - only cosmetic but makes a difference to the first impression In the summers, when not aclimatised, the short walks to the MTR can be a bit warm

Great location in a quiet local district with many small shops, cafes & bars. At the same time really central! The staff was very friendly and helpful staff! Highlight: a great terrace at the reception level 🙏💥

Very minor thing - There was an excessive amount of light switches and slightly confusing controls. Bathroom was on the compact side, but we didn't have any issues with it and good shower.

Great location in the heart of Sheung wan and close to central. Lots of shops, restaurants and MTR station very close by. The addition of the lounge with free drinks was a great perk. Our room was clean and spacious, I liked there was a water machine on our floor. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it if your looking for a hotel in Sheung Wan.

There was a little bit of rust in the bathroom and the gym is very small with limited equipment. Apart from that, no complaints!

Staff were very friendly, good location 10 mins from the Sheung Wan MTR station which made it easy to get around, the area also had great food options so we didn't have to go far if we were tired in the evening. Our room was very comfortable, had great AC, and was cleaned/tidied everyday. The hotel also has nice communal area to lounge and with free drinks and snacks during happy hour everyday. Highly recommend the Figo!

The premium suite got a slight food smell when checked in but overall was a great stay!

- Got a free upgrade to premium suite which is very spacious & has all the amenities inside. - Love the pantry area (includes coffee, juices and canned drinks) - Staffs were very helpful and kind - Public transport (MTR) *two MTR stops* were about 7-8 mins walk - There were many cafes along the way to-and-forth the MTR and the hotel

Bathroom was a little small but HK has space constraints in general.

Within walking distance to MTR (Sai Ying Pun) and trams. Clean rooms.
