Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Israel1. drops of water 24/7 on iron air conditioner box, and there's no escape, all air conditioners of the building are dropping drops on the ones below. it'll drive you nuts, but you can place a towel outside for the drops to get absorbed and not make noise, otherwise you can't sleep. 2. nobody cleaned the room or changed bed, it's not included, make sure to read the fine print. 3. had to ask and beg for changing bed sheets or towels, they have to buy more and always have clean available for guests by request, even if it's a cheap hostel. 4. a cheap hostel should not be named a "HOTEL" everywhere on the descriptions and names of properties.
central location, cheap price, but prepare for a culture shock if you've never visited a 3rd world country 'hostel' style. don't go here with your spouse, it'll be a scandal and possibly a divorce :D . if you're alone and just need a place to drop your bags for a few nights and a quick sleep, it's fine! you might not be able to sleep at night though, because of the water drops sounds.

FranceThe location is just horrible. Is a laberyntic market with cocaroach in the stairs and ultra tiny elevators always crowded. Bathroom was broken and liking. They leave sandals already used by I don't know how many people for you to use it (non hygienic at all). No space to put your stuff for make up, no towels offered. And all this comfort for around 50 dollars. You have much better even in Europe with that amount. Disgusting. Before going to HK be 100% sure of what the hotel is offering is true.
Compared to other hostels in the area, this one offered more space, and hair drier. Recepcionist were kind.

United States- Within the first 24 hours, I killed 33 cockroaches in my room. I'm not joking. Over the course of 7 days, I killed a total of 58 cockroaches in my room. There were countless more in the hallways that I didn't bother with. This was absolutely disgusting. No room in such conditions should be offered to a human being. Not even a dog. - there was no ventilation, so everything had a very musty smell. - they provide free coffee, which is fine, but give you a community cup to share with everyone. You must make your coffee, drink it, and put the cup back for someone else to use. Sure, you could rinse it in your bathroom, but there is no dish soap. So it's basically a community cup that everybody shares to drink coffee from. You could use your own cup provided in the bathroom, next to the toilet and cockroaches to drink your coffee instead. - on day two, the sink drain got jammed and I had to scoop used water out of the sink and pour it onto the floor for 5 days. - for 24 hours, the toilet would not fill up with water, so I had to fill up the toilet tank with a cup and the sink water. This was the only way that I could flush the toilet. - the shower has a hot water machine, but it is broken. The water was a bit chilly while taking a shower everyday. - I was charged 5% extra than the price given to me by booking.com they claimed that because I'm using a credit card, I had to pay more. But that information was not given to me before making the booking. - I had to pay an extremely expensive towel fee. Ludacris. I have never heard of such a thing. They would not remove this fee even though I brought my own towel. After paying this fee, they never even gave me one single towel for 7 days. Not one! They are willing to take your money, but they're definitely not willing to provide good service.
The room was small but was completely fine. The room had a private bathroom. The room had a blow dryer. The room had an electric key card. Adjustable AC. The hotel staff seemed kind, especially on the last day.
