How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The size of the room is a bit small for 4 people. But it is still good value for the money.
Guest house is easily reachable by bus a21 from airport, and the instruction of the host to reach the appartment is very clear. The room is comfortable and clean. Our room is situated in 15th floor and we have a nice view of kowloon park and the surrounding skyscrapper building. Good wifi connection and facility (warm water, free drinking water, good working airco)

The location is superb just left turn and you MTR is there! Also placed is quiet and guess what you can do your laundry as well. So is super convenient for a family to travel and stay

Super clean, great location, lovely helpful caretaker. Room is Hong Kong sized so no surprises there but room and bathroom were very clean and had what we needed for our stay. Highly recommend

The room is small but for the standards of the city it is normal.
The location is perfect for visiting the city, very central and the metro is just a stone's throw away. The communication with the owners is perfect and they are very kind.

This is our second stay at this hotel. We liked everything: clean room, clean towels, hot water from the shower. Simple check-in and check-out process. The staff is very nice, and the owner answer questions and give practical tips. From the airport, you can easily get to the hotel by bus A21 and get off right at the hotel door 😁.

We liked the location. Close to everything - train & bus station. In front of Kowloon Park. Restaurants. 7-11. Bakehouse. We can even cook our meal, just ask permission from the caretaker. If we ever go back we will definitely stay here!

I can recommend this stay very sincerely. The staff was very nice and Ms Lee sent us useful information on how to get to the hotel. The room, towels and bathroom were very clean. check-in quick and easy. Perfect location, right in the center, next to the metro station and the park. The contact with Mrs. Lee was fantastic. Thank you very much one more time.

The bathroom is just too squeezed in.. i think because Hongkong is an expensive city. And we picked this guest house because of the price. So if you have the same consideration, should be ok.
Perfect location!! There's a very nice park just across the street. And it's a walking distance from avenue of stars to see the laser show. Walked around ladies market too. Mrs. Lee was really helpful and communicated everything including my transportation route to the property from the airport as well as to ferry terminal.

It's logistically located in front of bus stop along Cameron Road (A21) direct from airport. And also very near MTR station. A lot of shopping stalls and food stalls. Also situated in-front of Kowloon Park and Victoria Dock is walking distance. Really value for money. It is well kept and units are cleaned everyday. Staff is friendly and very accommodating.

Some parts of it are still under construction.

Small room but it is to be expected for that price. It’s a bit tricky to locate, so had to ask the worker where to go.
Good location next to the metro. Staff was very friendly.
