The powerful shower, the location was great, good service from the cleaner.

Guest house is easily reachable by bus a21 from airport, and the instruction of the host to reach the appartment is very clear. The room is comfortable and clean. Our room is situated in 15th floor and we have a nice view of kowloon park and the surrounding skyscrapper building. Good wifi connection and facility (warm water, free drinking water, good working airco)

The size of the room is a bit small for 4 people. But it is still good value for the money.

The location is great. Close to Kowloon station. In front of metro. Bus A21 for the metro also in front. Has A/C, fridge. Has also water in the common area to fill up bottles. Has shampoo and bath gel. Towels for all. We had a great view from our room. Despite being in Nathan Road, there is no noise from the street. The staff was helpful. I received clear instructions to arrive. You need to leave 100 HKG dollars as deposit for the key (cash). Cleaning ladies were very nice. We could leave our bags in the last day.

The room is really small. But we were a family of 4 and made it. The toilet is minimal and once you take a bath, you can hardly use it for some hours, because the shower goes all over the place. The trick is to shower at night, after washing teeth and using the toilet. The beds could be a bit better. Still it was as I was expecting, after reading the comments.

Overall we had a nice stay! The carewomen was really nice and we also had the chance to wash our clothing. The apartment is right in the center near the metro station with lots of restaurants around, so perfect location! It is small for 4 people but totally fine for a few days.

Due to the high humidity there was already some mold on the wall which should be cleaned

The location is superb just left turn and you MTR is there! Also placed is quiet and guess what you can do your laundry as well. So is super convenient for a family to travel and stay

Put an electricfan in the lobby because its very hot while waiting to check in.

The space is too small for a family of four. The Aircon on our room leaked and the bed, pillows and sheet was all wet.

Location is very near TST mtr. Many shops and restos.

Only 1 lift is working. small rooms but understandable because of the price.

Good location in town, but see below for finding the place. Clean, but tiny room. Bathroom small but adequate.

This place is nearly impossible to find. On Nathan road, east side, look for an opening into Burlington Arcade. Only sign out on street is for Sam's Tailor. Walk to the back of the hall, and go right. Go right again at the little desk,to the elevator. You won't see any signage for the Guest House. Go to floor 15. Left out of the elevator, and you will finally see their sign on the door and can ring the bell.

Super clean, great location, lovely helpful caretaker. Room is Hong Kong sized so no surprises there but room and bathroom were very clean and had what we needed for our stay. Highly recommend

The location is perfect for visiting the city, very central and the metro is just a stone's throw away. The communication with the owners is perfect and they are very kind.

The room is small but for the standards of the city it is normal.
