大堂挺好, 位置好/ The lobby is nice and good location

Our stay was incredibly shocking to be honest. As a highly rated Marriott. The conditions are unbelievable. Walking in, I’m immediately met with a strong mold smell. The room was extremely humid that I couldn’t breathe. They had a dehumidifier but it didn’t do anything because after half an hour of entering the room I began feeling nauseous and caught a migraine. After asking for help from the front desk, they told me to go wait upstairs so I did for another half an hour. I couldn’t stand it in the room so I waited outside in the halls the whole time until I called concierge again to switch to another room. Finally, upon visiting two other available rooms we decided on the best of the bunch with regard to mold(they were all humid and moldy) because it was very late and we were too tired to find another hotel. My mom and I decided to sit in the restaurant downstairs to stay out the room for as long as possible and after a while my migraine finally went away. I later discovered toxic black mold in the bath. I needed two dehumidifiers to get me through the night. Overall, this may be the worst hotel experience I’ve had. Very small room as well.

So fantastic and excellent. The Restaurant Manager, Mr. Torres Chan, is so accommodating, very kind and respectful person. We want him to pls stay more in this hotel so we will meet with him again when we surely return this year.

No bottled drinking water is available inside the room.

Great location, stayed here many times before and good for Ocean Park and Water World. Attention to detail and service not as good as previous years.

I’ve stayed several times and typically book a king size room for 1 x adult and 1 x child. This trip we were coming with 2 x adults, 1 x teenager and 1 x child. I’d booked a room with 2 times double beds assuming this would be larger than normal room size to accommodate 4 people as advertised, price point also very similar to 2 x king rooms. The room is tiny, it’s the same as a normal king but with two beds squashed in, the small doubles were set up for one person each, not two. The room also was set up for two people (two robes, two towels etc) even though the booking was clearly for 4 people. I asked to be moved to two interconnecting rooms (which the hotel had availability) but as I’d come through booking.com the hotel could not really help me, even though I’ve stayed before and am an IHG member. In the end my 76 year old mother in law slept on a put up camp bed and I slept on the window bay “sofa bed” The water dispenser did not work and needed replacing, the room smelt of cigarettes on arrival. The staff did try to help, the manager was unavailable and even when requested if we could speak with them we were denied. Unfortunately coming through booking.com made it much harder to have anything resolved, “you are with a third party, sorry!”

One hotel staff at the pool made creepy sexist comments to me, regarding my 3(!) and 5(!) year old girls, taking offense with seeing their upper body without a top, that night. Sexualising little girls. Management cared little about it. Despite promising to allow us to leave early (who would want to stay after that?), they kept saying they can't help.

    The breakfast was very good.

Long queues to check in, exceptionally long queues for breakfast due to Tropical Cyclone perhaps…? Very crowded at breakfast both mornings and noisy with very young children screaming a lot in public areas/ reception area. Average pool with inattentive life guards.

The breakfast was well valued, so much to offer and staff are very efficient to get table cleaned and ready for next group of visitor.

There are three towers, maybe a good display at each lobby of the daily event or things to offer

Close to MTR station. Great pool. Breakfast was great excellent.

The hotel is located adjacent to Ocean Park and trades on this name, but there are no arrangements for guests of the hotel at Ocean Park. Limited pool hours in the evening.

1 minute walk from the MRT line. And 1 stop from Admiralty. Super convenient while not being surrounded by skyscrapers.

Pool was closed due to Level 1 cyclone threat. Meanwhile ocean park next door was still open...

The kids 3 and 6 enjoyed the pool very much. The food at the canton bistro 南海小館? is good. The services were good. The kids enjoyed the playroom too, it would be nice if more nintendo switches to allow more kids to play as a lot love to play but not available, only 1.

The curtain in the room not quite working smoothly. Would be nice if food and beverage services were provided at the pool. More chairs in the kids side of the pool would be nice. The pool staff didn't quite clear and clean the seats in the pool after the guests have apparently left hence limiting the availability of the chairs round the pool, esp after 4:30-5 when quite a number of guests have apparently left already.
