The building is a madness, just madness, been around the world a lot but I havent seen anything like this anywhere. So it was rather an interesting cultural experience than a nightmare. The building itself is quite dirty and feels like you are in the Enter the Void movie. Quite often you also have to queue for the elevator and when you get in you are squeezed! But its Hong Kong, it didn’t bother me.

As we red a lot of bad things about this guest house we were surprised how decent it was. The room was super small indeed but two of us could perfectly fit for 2 nights with huge backpacks. It was very clean as well and furnished (fridge, hair dryer, tv) in the mansion where the room is located we did not feel unsafe at all even after midnight (I was traveling with a girl), but thats true it looks catchy. Location is also perfect.

Like all cheap HK rooms it is small. This place is clean, the bed is comfortable and the wahroom does the job. The fridge is a gamechanger, the safe might be good for some.

Everything else. The place is dangerous for many reasons, health, people living there, and potentially other major disasters like fires. It's unbelievable that a place like this is even legal.

Staff changing their mind constantly about how long the baggage can be left at the reception after the check-out. Bags are not secured, just left on the corridor between the rooms.

Very small room, but it is regular for this price in Kowloon. Confusing address - the correct address you are getting later, so od you don't check emails, you will be lost.

Impossible to find yhe adress, even the adress mentioned on the site is wrong, it is very big complex with hundrets of guest houses. And it is very very difficult to find the right place. Better pay a bit more and stay another place

It was hard to find the place, and we had to call several times before anyone would meet us at the reception. They didn't respond to our messages, which made it hard. The bathroom was so small that we couldn't sit on the toilet seat normally, we had to sit on the side because the toilet was up against the wall.

Nothing in our experience

Although the room is small it was clean and tidy. It smells clean and water pressure is excellent. They also have simple toiletries towel and shampoos. You can also leave your luggage upon check per request.

Very clean and nice room with nice ac working and good bathroom. Close to train station and in the centre of the city. Down the guest house lots of budget restaurants and shops. Staff very friendly and helpful. Higly recommend and definitely come back again to stay.

The location at the centre of HK, which made it very convenient to move and explore hk. All the staff members were very nice and attentive, especially the female staff. Would definitely book with Holland hotel again!

Everything was good and in place

As I stayed for 14 nights…the Guest was very friendly budget…I got the room service every day including cleaning and changing the bedsheets, aroma was very good and the staff was very helpful and friendly…specially the owner of the guest house.

The service from booking.com .they could have chase up not me

They put me in different room and different location when I arrived on the day .saying they are busy .they will put me back in the original room I booked tomorrow?(what the heck) after I traveled 14hours flight.i was too tired to argue.so I waited till next day around 1pm still Noone to inform me what to do.so I called booking.com hong kong.they told me to return the key and they will refund to me.and the hostel refused to give my refund and saying I already accepted they offered me another room on arrival.so I didn't want to argue with them.and leave it to booking.com when I come home.i caaled booking.com when i came home and i agrred to take hlaf of the refund (they didnt want to pay for the whole amount so i accepted the half)but YET i still haven't got any payment??
