How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

They are having a renovation of their restaurant, so the breakfast was in a grab-and-go kode, not many options.

The A/C is not best on hot days. You can not book w/o bfast (on Booking.com), yet the breakfast is a bag with very limited choice of items, handed over to you on 2 foldable tables at reception. That is not right. There are plenty of very nice breakfast places within 200m of that hotel, let me book w/o bfast!

There is no booking option without Breakfast ... and the breakfast was a joke: a couple of foldable tables with 3 staff handing over packet Danish and cans of drinks, and a banana. Get an option without breakfast to avoid this black spot on an otherwise very good hotel in its category.

Breakfast. They don't mention no normal breakfast because of restaurant still in renovation when I booked it from my country. So I booked this hotel with normal price included breakfast but actually I don't get breakfast with many kind of menu . Everyday just sandwich and juice.

Verified reviewThe location is convenient with walking distance to the subway and mall . The staff and cleaning crew super friendly. The bathroom was really clean and the shower was really really good. Nice temperature and pressure.
The carpet looks really beat up and dirty. I asked housekeeping to deep clean it though not much different. I really wish they can replace those with wood floor soon in order to compete. The room is a bit damp and can smell a bit moldy ( though no visible mold) I asked for a dehumidifier but it was unavailable at that time. I wish they could have more (like one each room in Japan). I ended up putting my pillow into the dryer and it helped with the dampness and moldy smell.
