Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. ChinaThey did not inform timely that the rate of extending my stay will depend on the daily fluctuations if the marketplace, therefore, it happened to be twice as much. Which was truly disappointing and I had to leave right away. Also, they did not inform on time the shuttle stop place, so I had to reach the hotel by taxi, which costed me 1/2 of my stay. They did inform the shuttle schedule to the city, after I arrived.

MalaysiaI needed a cork screw for a bottle of wine. Whilst going to my friends room I met the Executive Housekeeper so I asked him. A minute after I arrived at my friend's room he knock on the door to inquire if we needed glasses. 5 minutes later he arrived with a wine waiter, corkscrew and 4 wine glasses. Such service. I did ask for his name but I have forgotten, please pass on my thanks again

AustraliaI hope that the communication leading up to our stay was more clear and prompt. Given the language barrier, we had miscommunications in regards to payment as I did not own the credit card used for pre-authorisation, as well as they did not accept debit cards as payment. I was trying to arrange cash payment instead for our full duration of stay when we arrived at the property. Although they did honor my request in the end, it was quite frustrating to keep going back and forth via private messages and getting lost in translation amidst the conversation.
It was very easy to locate the property given that it was close to multiple bus stops coming from the international airport. The location of the property itself was great as it was walking distance from a 7/11 convenience store and that it had several food stalls/shops that were nearby. The room was very spacious given that Hong Kong is known to be an expensive city and that real estate is very scarce. The beds were very comfy and we had the best sleep after a long day of exploring Hong Kong. The rooms are always kept clean when we requested room service for cleaning.

CanadaThe only note worthy thing was that the shower stall had some mold on the caulking. It wasn't extremely noticable, but visible. Unfortunately, the humidity in the environment is not conducive to this issue even though they provide you with a dehumidifier.
The hotel was great, friendly staff, especially the room cleaning. Our room was cleaned daily, towels replaced and the bed made even though we didn't put the sign out. The water pressure was phenomenal and the food was decent.

Although location is not central but can be access by bus/MTR , a lot of restaurants and supermarkets convenient stores near by, value for money , hotel facilities like the pool and gymn restaurants are great, quiet stay , staff very friendly check in and out super fast !
