The room was generally clean, but the bathroom cleanliness needs to be improved. The air conditioning was too strong and it was still very cold even when the temperature was turned up a bit. The receptionist's attitude during check-in at the lobby was average. When I called the front desk to inquire about luggage handling, he said it was not his responsibility and told us to move it ourselves and go to the lobby to ask the relevant staffs. The receptionist was clearly not very helpful. Fortunately, the staff in charge of luggage handling was very friendly and helpful.

1. We were there in July, the pool was closed, we were told because of the typhoon, but the city beach and other pools were open. If you care about the pool, I would think twice. 2. the prices in the hotel restaurant are very high, but it's delicious)

We stayed at Dorsett Tsuen Wan for 4 nights and had a great experience overall! Check-in was smooth, and the bed was super comfortable, a huge plus after full days of walking. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job making up the room daily and fresh towels were provided and changed every day upon request, which we really appreciated. Plus, having vending machines in the lobby was a nice touch for late-night cravings! The location is a little far from the city center, but it’s still very manageable especially with their shuttle service that leaves every 30 minutes going to the drop-off at main entrance of Metro Plaza. That definitely made getting around easier. Special thanks to Peter at the front desk. He was warm, helpful and very professional. He assisted us well during check-in and answered all my questions with a smile. Such great hospitality! Would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-run place to stay in Hong Kong.

Given the nightlife in Hong Kong, the 8pm shuttle bus deadline seemed far too early and the hotel is too far away to efficiently take public transport back at night. I had to use a lot of expenses on taxi rides back to the hotel. If you intend to enjoy the nightlife you might be better off getting a hotel that is closer to central hubs.

The rooms were always clean and the hotel staff were always friendly. Nice spacious rooms at a good price. There were cold water dispensers on each floor which was very convenient in the hot weather.

The location isn't the best. Not many open restaurants or shops (except the small 7-11) nearby. There is a free shuttle to Metroplaza but it stops running afte 19:30.

Air conditioner is noisy Layout of bathroom sink is weird. The tab is at the midpoint of the right side of the sink, making it difficult to wash a left hand, and water splashes out easily. No hook to hang outwear. May I should hang it with the cloth hangers serving as wardrobe. Desk is small, only about 70cm *50cm.

Front desk and house keeping staff are professional. Laundry is convenient to use 10 minutes walk to a shopping center and subway station.

Location was a not so convenient and the program of hotel shuttle ended quite early. A bit inconvenient if you want to come back to the hotel during the day.

Bathroom are pretty small for me to stand, there are no drawer or hanger to hand out our clothes. There are two big mirror at the door when we came in, that had to be fixed it to HALF mirror and HALF drawer for us to hangout the clothes, and not the full side mirror. bathroom sink should be in the middle not on the side, that hard for us to control. Sorry no pictures for the bathroom.

Marco and Jack are nice to us and they intoduced bus route and time table for me and my mom so that we known the time more precisely, room are comfortable and relax for me and my mom, and the housekeeping are very friendly and nice to us too.The view are nice too, we stay at the 20 floor and face to the mountain and school side. I assume if I can stay at the club floor will be good for me next time I come. Overall Professional hardworking and made us wanted to come and stay for long. Good job!!
