It is kinda expensive but the staff and amenities are excellent.

The shuttle services from hotel to the park/MTR for every 10-15 mins really help ease our transportation to and fro the hotel.

The menu could be expanded to accommodate those with allergies. Though staff would be willing to help adjust the dishes to avoid the allergens, most menu items would mention peanut.

Wish we knew about activities and planning meals before hand. Menus were very nice and exotic for adults, but I travelled with a fussy child and there was very little on offer for her.

Room was very clean and comfy, the pool supplied towels and bug repellent and it was well staffed. Breakfast buffet had Mickey and friends for photos and a very broad selection of food. Staff were fantastic. Really attentive and always available.

Everything! Staff is super kind and ready to accommodate any request.. rooms are big and clean, restaurants are also good..you get a lot of discount vouchers for dining and toy shop. Of course very close to Disneyland. The Nespresso machine in the room is a plus!

One downside: late dinner options at the hotel were limited in cuisine and quite expensive for what was offered. After a long day at the park, we would have appreciated more variety or affordable choices on-site.

We stayed at Disney Explorers Lodge for 2 nights—our first time at a Disneyland hotel—and it was exactly what we expected from the Disney experience: fun, a bit chaotic, and full of energy. The hotel itself is themed beautifully, with lots of charming details, and it’s perfect if you want to be close to the park. The complimentary shuttle made getting to the gates easy and quick. We mainly booked the character breakfast for the photo opportunities, and it delivered! Just keep in mind, the atmosphere is lively, loud, and not particularly relaxing—more about fun than calm. That said, the variety of food was impressive, and even after two days, we hadn't tried everything. The room cleaning was excellent and done discreetly, which we appreciated. If you're planning to spend your days in the park and want that full Disney immersion (plus guaranteed character photos), this is absolutely the right hotel. Three days felt like the perfect amount of time.

I am still disappointed that after 12 days since my checkout I have still not received my security deposit back. I’ve tried to send numerous emails and requests via this platform but no one is assisting me.

Staff were friendly and the overall appearance compared to the other hotels were unmatched.

I didn't realise how isolated the resort area was! It would have been nice to have a convenience store close by.

The level of detail to theme the rooms was amazing! The room was immaculate. The grounds were beautiful. The staff were delightful and always so friendly.

They have fast access to the theme park and other activities for kids within the hotel. Free shuttle bus to theme park n also MTR station.
