Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The shuttle services from hotel to the park/MTR for every 10-15 mins really help ease our transportation to and fro the hotel.

United KingdomWish we knew about activities and planning meals before hand. Menus were very nice and exotic for adults, but I travelled with a fussy child and there was very little on offer for her.
Room was very clean and comfy, the pool supplied towels and bug repellent and it was well staffed. Breakfast buffet had Mickey and friends for photos and a very broad selection of food. Staff were fantastic. Really attentive and always available.

MontenegroOne downside: late dinner options at the hotel were limited in cuisine and quite expensive for what was offered. After a long day at the park, we would have appreciated more variety or affordable choices on-site.
We stayed at Disney Explorers Lodge for 2 nights—our first time at a Disneyland hotel—and it was exactly what we expected from the Disney experience: fun, a bit chaotic, and full of energy. The hotel itself is themed beautifully, with lots of charming details, and it’s perfect if you want to be close to the park. The complimentary shuttle made getting to the gates easy and quick. We mainly booked the character breakfast for the photo opportunities, and it delivered! Just keep in mind, the atmosphere is lively, loud, and not particularly relaxing—more about fun than calm. That said, the variety of food was impressive, and even after two days, we hadn't tried everything. The room cleaning was excellent and done discreetly, which we appreciated. If you're planning to spend your days in the park and want that full Disney immersion (plus guaranteed character photos), this is absolutely the right hotel. Three days felt like the perfect amount of time.
