ThailandStaff do not help you with the bags after you have dragged them 20 mins from the ferry.You have to lift them up the stairs on your own. They will not clean the room unless you speak to the front desk and request it, as it is not manned 24 Hours.

Hong KongIt is not close to the pier and the main city side, it takes around 25 mins walk. Good for people who enjoy quiet area but make sure to depart earlier before you are very hungry. It would be perfect if the bed could be bigger.
The hotel is next to the beach and their restaurant. The room is clean, and most importantly it is pet friendly. There is a garden allows my dog to run around and play with the neighbour dog. Staff are super friendly and polite.

Hong KongThe hotel charges a $200 per night cleaning fee for pets, but yet there’s no room cleaning service during the stay, so it was a bit confusing. I think it would be more straightforward if the extra cost is just included in the room price at the time of booking to avoid confusion.
The hotel is directly on the beach, it is awesome to wake up and have a coffee on the balcony overlooking the sea. It is a really great way to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city

ChinaIf hotel could offer easier options to pick guest up from the port would be really great. Was a bit of work for me to get there on foot with the suitcase, but still, really worth it! The neighbor was a bit noisy for one night.
The location is brilliant, it’s located right by the beach, having direct access to the beach. Room is very clean and cozy. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Hong KongIt's not so much about the facilities itself, but that "Bellagio Pets Friendly Resort" actually has rooms that aren't pet-friendly. When i expect to search pet friendly hotels on booking.com, and with the name of the hotel, that's what I thought i was booking ... It does say in the room booking name (No pets allowed), however I overlooked it. But the staff called me when they noticed that I had made a mistake and immediately rectified by them and we were booked into another room on the same property (since the Bellagio was already fully booked). Heads up that depending on the season the beach can have a lot of trash and tar bubbles hidden in the sand that you can drag into the room with you. you might leave a few black prints behind you...
I really enjoyed the hospitality and level of service of the staff, especially Billy who was extremely accommodating. The room was set-up with everything we needed. The smallest things are thought of. The room is right on the beach and has an ocean view which is refreshing. It was extremely clean, bed was comfortable, and very accommodating to our dog.

Hong KongGiven that the shortest route to arrive here involves a 15-minute walk, and that this is a hotel specifically for people with pets, the provision of some pet amenities would be helpful. Food and water bowls and dog beds (or rugs, etc.) spring to mind.
Lamma is a wonderful place to be a dog, and this is a great location for exploring Lamma with the special pooch in your life. It's located at a node of the walking trails on the island, and is only about a fifteen-minute walk away from Yung Shue Wan, with a good selection of restaurants and shops. My room was basic but clean and pleasant.

GermanyThe property is very far away from the the ferry and doesn't offer pick up options. We had to walk more than 20 minutes with heavy luggage. There was construction in front of the room. The bed was very hard. No room clean up. Not so friendly communication with the staff when trying to cancel or change the dates. Expensive for what they offer.
