    Environmentally friendly-cleaning services on demand but is always available. Has a water dispenser and provide glass bottles for refill. Friendly and helpful staff.

    Gym is actually in a different sister hotel down the road, so a bit inconvenient. Also tiny gym and usually packed from 7am - 10am. No windows in the room, can't see whats happening outside. A bit stiffling. Would be helpful if the airport bus service us available throughout the day. Currently only 3 busses in the morning.

    The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

    The Standard Queen Room that we paid for was nothing like the pictures on Booking.com at all. In fact more akin to a hostel quality dingy room with barely any floor space, a tiny double bed and completely frosted windows. We managed to get an upgrade for no extra charge to something more like what we thought we paid for, but the room still felt like mismatched furniture squeezed into an old, scuffed room. The air conditioning in the room was extremely loud and old and the rickety elevator was also very unsettling.

    This hotel is not clean. Reception is not kind. So smelly. bathroom is so small. It's not like that picture of booking

    Great location, 10-12 mins walk from Wanchai MTR. Rooms are not huge (common in HK for many hotels) but had a nice view fron my room. Clean and nice room. Easy grabbing a bus up to the Peak right outside the hotel.

    Free breakfast box was an added bonus but since its in a box...serving hot food (scrambled eggs and sausages for example) just doesn't work. The pork and mushroom buns were much better. Still to authentic/ local simple breakfast stuff....with pastries for a change. Free minibus was outstanding.

    Room service is problematic. The room itself was great but the process of requesting before 10am rather than having it just happen was unnecessary.
