The check in building was a block away from the building we stayed in, so was a little tiring moving our heavy backpacks up one block of flats, to then be moved to another block down the street. Apart from this we rate this really high thank you!

Great location, room was a lot better than the photos. Close to MRTs, the staff member who check us in was really informative and nice and gave us good recommendations. Great price for location. Also super powerful shower

Noisy and inconsiderate guests making too much noises in the morning and at night ( into 12 pm), partly because it is an apartment with cubicals and beds around the living room with sitting and working desk. Guests therefore took liberty to think they could use it anytime. I suggest management stop the lighting at 11 pm, in line with their note reminders of quiet time from 11 pm onward. I won't return though everything else were quite good.

Excellent location very near Sogo in Causeway Bay, Via ctoria Park. We'll equiped - bed curtains, plenty of hangers and hooks in the apartment and bathrooms, terrace areas, staff including Dan and Amy were helpful.

Maybe the only thing I didn’t really like was the air conditioner — it took a while to cool the room. Or maybe it was also because of the weather since it’s summer. But all in all, our stay was excellent!

The room was spacious, and they cleaned it every day. Plus, they refilled the tissue and bath soap even without you having to ask. The place was also accessible and close to the MTR station.

Very quiet building on 8th floor ! Big fridge + freezer for communal use in the hallway… 3 windows for daylight and ventilation…good hot shower and big dubble bed… 100% central position for citylife & nearby Welcome food supermarket ! 5 min. from Causeway metrostation & 10 min. from busstop to Airport… Amy & Sam are very welcoming and serviceminded and always availlable… Only can recommend this place for discovering Hong Kong !!! Bed was hard. Daily cleaning service only emptied the trash can. Bed was NOT made and cups were NOT cleaned.

It wasn't too much of a hassle but I noticed the shower water did not stay hot for too long. Perhaps I needed to turn on the water heater for a longer time!

Excellent location, steps away from MTR, harbourfront and Victoria Park. The room had everything that I needed, and no excessive outdoor noise at nighttime. Bed was really comfortable! Staff were really friendly and answered to any questions I had via WhatsApp very speedily. I was also able to store my luggage for the day, on the day of my check-out! You could only charge your devices in the space pod if you had USB-A, if you didn’t have that or a portable charger you had to charge them in the seating area in the dorm

Firstly, we were really pleasantly surprised, comparing real deal to the pictures. Room was larger and more comfortable than we expected. The manager was very helpful and spoke excellent English. There was a power adapter with multiple universal sockets and type A usb ports - that's genius. The location is amazing - a lot of stuff to do/eat around, and right next to the bus stop. We had some trouble finding the entrance for the first time, didn't find any sign, but found it after reading the address carefully.

We had two rooms in building, everything was okay, clean and comfortable, The size of room is classic HK style, so bed and bathroom - that is all. The location is right in the vibe part of HK Island, the restaurant street and the MTR is 2 minutes away, airport bus stop was also in front of the accommodation.

Finding this place was borderline impossible, you want to find ‘hong kong mansions’ (pic attached) on the north side of yee wo street, head to the 11th floor and turn left, once you find a door slightly open with some phone numbers on a bit of paper stuck to the door that is reception. After checking in we took a 5 minute walk outside to the dorms which were in another building and this room was not shown on any pictures on booking .com, also couldn’t remove the access card from the pod which meant it couldn’t be locked, there were small lockers provided Sorry for the paragraph it was a pretty decent budget stay in HK :)

The toilet and shower were in the same room, meaning unfortunately if some of the other guests weren't very tidy, it was difficult to know where to put your things, or use the toilet without getting wet for example. Other than that, everything was great.

Location was great and central. Staff were great, extremely helpful. Comfy beds with curtains for privacy. Shampoo and body wash provided.

This was my first stay in a hostel since trips to Europe during college. I was apprehensive about having roommates, but it turned out to be great fun and culturally enriching for me. Sam was a good-natured and attentive host. Thanks to all hardworking, thoughtful staff. 🙏🏼
