It’s accessibility. Near a bus stop from the airport. There’s also a train station nearby. Mix of shops and restaurants for different budgets. Check in was quick and staff spoke good English. We were also given cold bottled water on arrival which was very much welcomed due to the heat. They also kept our luggages for us. Communication was clear prior to our arrival regarding directions to the place, so there was no struggle to find it at all. Size of the room was just right for 3 people, and everything worked fine.

There is nothing we didn’t like. It was perfect for our needs. However, I will just point out a few things. Some people might get put off by the state of the building, particularly the lifts, but it was fine for us. The building has security. We stayed in a triple room which was just in front of the hostel’s reception. We can hear loud conversations outside, but they were infrequent. Outside, the area was really busy, but we actually liked that we get to see and feel the atmosphere of the place we’re visiting. All of these did not ruin our stay. We will be happy to stay again, especially for the price we paid for.

The check in building was a block away from the building we stayed in, so was a little tiring moving our heavy backpacks up one block of flats, to then be moved to another block down the street. Apart from this we rate this really high thank you!

Excellent location very near Sogo in Causeway Bay, Via ctoria Park. We'll equiped - bed curtains, plenty of hangers and hooks in the apartment and bathrooms, terrace areas, staff including Dan and Amy were helpful.

Noisy and inconsiderate guests making too much noises in the morning and at night ( into 12 pm), partly because it is an apartment with cubicals and beds around the living room with sitting and working desk. Guests therefore took liberty to think they could use it anytime. I suggest management stop the lighting at 11 pm, in line with their note reminders of quiet time from 11 pm onward. I won't return though everything else were quite good.

Super convenient location, clean room, and friendly staff.

The room was spacious, and they cleaned it every day. Plus, they refilled the tissue and bath soap even without you having to ask. The place was also accessible and close to the MTR station.

Maybe the only thing I didn’t really like was the air conditioner — it took a while to cool the room. Or maybe it was also because of the weather since it’s summer. But all in all, our stay was excellent!

Hello, really happy with my stay. At first I wanted to go to another hotel but when I saw the reviews I changed and took this one. And no regrets. Very welcoming, well received. And next time I go back to Hong Kong I'll know where to stay. Very clean, and very quiet. Very respectful. And as I promised the woman at the reception I put a very good review. And again thank you for your help 🙏.

It was UGLY... I normally don't have too high expectations when I travel abroad, but even some local dates I had over told me it was very very ugly. Looks like it's a mental hospital. I travel all around Asia and this was the ugliest place i've ever stayed at The door lock was broken and the cleaner walked in on me naked twice. She would knock for 1 second and then walk in quickly. I had to block the door with my luggage because it wouldn't lock and I was afraid staff would come in while I was sleeping. The water would be hot for 60 seconds, then ice cold. It was almost like they did this on purpose so that you would only take 2 minute showers. The drain on the bathroom floor was broken, it came off and there was just a big hole exposed on the bathroom floor.

Very quiet building on 8th floor ! Big fridge + freezer for communal use in the hallway… 3 windows for daylight and ventilation…good hot shower and big dubble bed… 100% central position for citylife & nearby Welcome food supermarket ! 5 min. from Causeway metrostation & 10 min. from busstop to Airport… Amy & Sam are very welcoming and serviceminded and always availlable… Only can recommend this place for discovering Hong Kong !!! Location was perfect. Right next to a Don Don Donki and Causeway Bay MTR station. So much access from location, so much value from this location and rental cost.

Clean room, wonderful staff

The staff are very helpful and nice. Location is great. Room is clean. The hostel is very thoughtful as my room has a socket converter with both usb plug in and adapter

The building lift is scary. It springs everytime it stops at a floor.

Bed was hard. Daily cleaning service only emptied the trash can. Bed was NOT made and cups were NOT cleaned.

Excellent location, steps away from MTR, harbourfront and Victoria Park. The room had everything that I needed, and no excessive outdoor noise at nighttime. Bed was really comfortable! Staff were really friendly and answered to any questions I had via WhatsApp very speedily. I was also able to store my luggage for the day, on the day of my check-out! Thanks for everything, Chung Kiu Come Inn!

It wasn't too much of a hassle but I noticed the shower water did not stay hot for too long. Perhaps I needed to turn on the water heater for a longer time!
