Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Location was good and easily accessible to trams and buses. Train station was a bit of walk, which is not bad.

Well, for the value of money it was okay. The bathroom was great, the room, in terms if size was okay. Nothing exceptional really. But an okay place to stay. I liked how it was so accessible for buses (to and from the airport), trams right in front too. It's not super near to the subway but traveling by bus was better.

New ZealandThe lift lobby on our floor was a bit hot and stuffy. Should encourage visitors to queue up for the lift. The mattresses were too hard, not enough padding so could feel the springs.
Generally it was great, our room was really good, plenty of storage and spacious for 3 people. Cleaning staff were efficient and helpful. Staff at the reception were helpful and responsive.

The location is great, even though Central Station is about 20-30 minutes away on foot, it's easy to catch a tram and enjoy the ride through the busiest street. It's also very easy to get oriented in this area. Great breakfast across the street, Feather & Bone restaurant

Situated in a relatively quiet area with easy access to tr am and bus services. There were various choices for places to eat nearby. It was a stay that was value for money for the amenities provided.

We prefer a little more quiet area instead of a busy one and therefore this location was perfect to us. Metro is 5 minutes away and the Ding Ding stops in front of the entrance.

The location was very good with lots of convenience stores and restaurants very close to the hotel. The staff were very nice and attentive, especially the concierge. The TV had BBC which was good.
