Most superior rooms have washing machines but the standard rooms don’t. It would be nice if there’s a coin laundry or something.

Small hotel but has most things you will need. Excellent location with great food surrounding and close to MTR station.

Premier room was a decent size but the single room was very cosy.

Helpful staff. Modern room and facilities. Convenient location - 5 min walk to MTR and mall. Plenty of food option nearby. Washing machine in Premier Studio room was helpful.

The breakfast can be improved. The sign for the car entrance need to be improved,few times the taxi driver / Uber can’t find where to stop. Otherwise everything is perfect!

Perfect location!! Nice local restaurants / shopping mall / supermarket are very nearby. Tram /train/bus are very close to the hotel. Staffs are very nice, specially the security guy (don’t know his name, a bit older man) he is very nice! Wash machine is inside the room,super convenience.

Everything was nice, just a breakfast was more like a 3 star, than 5 star. Very simple, nothing fancy, but it does change, isn't always same, which is unusual

Everything was very nice, friendly and good location, the main bus station was 300 m from the hotel as the ferry. With the bus 11A we could drive back to the airport for less than 10 euros, the taxi cost around 40. Nearby you can find lot of traditional restaurants, can take the walk through the city, the station to the peak was around 1 hour walking distance. We preffered to take a walk and see the city.

North Point and Fortress Hill are favourite places in Hong Kong, like the "old syle HK" Very nice area with veriety of restaurant. Close to Metro and Tram. A little like Tuve Hotel, also boutique.

Ascott North Point is a good choice for a short stay in HK. Well located to tram and metro lines. The neighbourhood has good restaurants in walking distance.

The only thing missing is a towel rail near the sink.

Given the size of the room overall, they've managed to pack in a lot of amenities like a kitchenette. The room is well appointed and highly functional. Location is great with the waterfront just behind the Ascott. North Point MTR station is just 200m away and lots of local eateries in the area.

It didn’t bother us as we weren’t there to shop but it’s not close to any fancy shopping centres.

Can be reached via a single bus ride (A11 city flyer) from the airport. Pleasantly surprised by how quiet it is once inside the hotel despite the busy streets outside as the local meat/veges markets are very close by. Great having a washing machine which we used a couple of times. A few minutes walk to an entrance of an MTR station although it’s down a flight of stairs and close to the tram stops. Made use of the small but quiet gym. Beds are quite firm but we found them comfortable. Taxis and cars can pull in to a garage like space next to the hotel to drop off or pick up.

Lack of paper towels and washing liquid in the kitchenette to wash the dishes (the staff did it daily but normally you would prefer not to keep them dirty in the sink).

Location - I loved the neighborhood (lively, authentic residential area with plenty of reistaurants and shops around, close to MTR station, ferry pier to Kowloon and ding ding tram line, nice Kowloon skyline view nearby). Very kind staff. Clean apartment (cleaned daily). Good quality cosmetics in the bathroom. All new and fresh. Comfy bed - hard mattress indeed but I found it very comfortable (and I sleep on softer one at home). Quiet room (I haven't heard any neighbours during my entire stay).

It’s a new property. Took A11 bus from airport and stops at hotel. Lots of local inexpensive eateries close by. Very convenient location via metro, bus and tram . Our executive room is roomy and nice. We used washer dryer a few times for our 5 days stay . Super convenient.
