good value although not good location

location not good breakfast not many options

The service of this stuff, it's a breakfast. Was great, you get good tips from the staff. What is good of the food and things like that. We had a nice day stay there. The only thing is the room we stay in the shower. My head is coming offer. And the TV you couldn't see nothing properly on it. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

I did not like the taxi service. That's what you guys use. They gave you one prize over the phone. And then when you'll read to destination, they gave you a different price, they are not very reliable.

In room services and amenities are good and decent.

No lift / difficult to carry check in bags

The customer service was great. Service with a smile. Most of the other hotels I stayed at the staff seemed like they didn't want to be but at Parc Rayne it was such a delight interacting with them. The free breakfast was delicious. Some other hotels in Georgetown need to take note of how a proper breakfast is done like at Parc Rayne. I recommend this hotel.

I can't complain about anything. A constructive feedback would be to add some cookies and other light baked goods by thd tea/coffee station.

The place its very clean, the comfy. We like it very much.

I like the ambiance of the facility; I love the room I was in although I think it was above the kitchen so you can smell the good food cooking from in the bathroom

That the maid service wasn’t good at all they keep forgetting to put things back into the room; they didn’t speak English so they couldn’t understand what you saying; but they either forget the towels, the products or even changing the sheets on the bed

Overall, the property look good in the room. Restaurant and bar on the premise with 24 hours security.

The property was good however there’s basic maintenance needed in the room. The air filter needed to be changed. Chipping paint and carpet needed to be deodorized.

The food was not all that great. Wish we had more Caribbean food instead. We got more of an American style food

It was clean and a very convenient location. I didn’t get to use all of the amenities, but the bar the Security, the dining room and the hotel itself was very accommodating.

The staff could be a lot more friendly. I had interactions with a few people, and I must say that the servers, the bartender and the security guard were the friendliest people that I met there. The receptionist and some of the other dining staff could work on their customer service. Lastly, The menu could use some more supervision. The pepper pot… I only received bones. The images are attached below, the bake was too sweet and the spinach was too salty. I could not complete and had to purchase food elsewhere.

The Sunday brunch was excellent.

Unfortunately, it seems they made some changes and the food menu is now limited. When on vacation I don’t want to eat a bunch of bar food. And they can update the facility. Things are looking a bit run down and dingy.

Friendly staff. Close to Georgetown. Included breakfast was nice

The room was a little run down , uneven floors, worn furniture, TV speaker not working. Hair in the shower... not much within walking distance.
