Great breakfast (huge portion). Diana was kind enough to help when my son was not feeling well. Great location.

    Nice comfortable bed.

First and foremost, I commend the staffs. They have excellent customer service and hospitality. We arrived late at the hotel and they waited for us and accommodated us. The room had a window lock problem, the staff immediately looked for a way to fix it. She installed a lock on same day. For reference if you’re planning to bring a vehicle kindly inform the hotel ahead of time to save you a spot for parking because the roads are too small that you will have a hard time trying to look for a parking. The room comes with free breakfast and we really enjoyed it and they serve other food too in their menu and it’s very affordable. The location is really great because everything is walking distance, including the pier.

It’s not that there is something i dislike but I was surprised that the room doesn’t have air conditioner. They only have a fan.

Location! Restaurant on site very convenient!

Bathroom and toilet had a leak. Beds and pillows not super comfy. Hotel was pretty old and not super clean. We were charged more than what our booking confirmation stated though they said if we paid cash it would be less. Stairs inconvenient to carry luggage to the room.

Staff are very kind and accommodating. The hotel is very comfortable. It's quiet and has a nice rooftop and backyard space. Included desayuno tipica breakfast is great and all food we ate at the on site restaurant was very good.

    Bathrooms could use an update.

The staff and the location, close to the waterfront, make this tiny hotel stand out. It is a typical, older, Guatemalan hotel, but clean and good value.
