bed was comfy, good location

Rooms were very dirty, and no clean drinking water was available. I booked and paid for a king room, but when I arrived, I was given a completely different room. Then I watched another group, who checked in after me, get shown around and handed my room. I contacted Booking.com, and they confirmed the reservation was correct — the mistake was on the hotel. Staff never acknowledged what really happened, offered no real explanation, and didn’t compensate me. We were stuck staying because it was too late to go anywhere else, but the whole experience felt dishonest and disrespectful. I would never stay here again, and I strongly suggest others think twice before booking.

Towel included. Some hot water in the dorm. Was alone in the dorm since everyone visits MrMullet. Just by the water. They accepted debit card payment. Close to main street.

Very cold at night. Wifi doesnt work in the dorm at all. Lots of spiderwebs and such so not super clean.

It was very uncomfortable, there were old condoms lying around and everywhere in the room where big spiders. The facilities were also pretty bad. You couldn’t use the kitchen and it was very dirty. The personal seemed like they were annoyed when I checked in and weren’t able to speak one single word in English

The kitchen was difficult to use and there was no coffee maker. Another review said Netflix was on the tv in room but ours didn’t work. Shower was difficult to use, either extremely hot or cold. Only given 1 blanket for 2 beds.

Only 1 bathroom was opened, beds on the 2nd floor aren't secured so it's not very safe

The location was perfect, since it was close to everything but far enough to not be annoyed by the noise at night. The room is very spacious as well as the bed.

Great location, close to nice restaurants and bars. Also 10min drive to the airport. Check out Hacienda Real a block away for the best steak dinner.

The dorm floors were dirty when I checked in at 8pm. Maybe it was cleaned earlier in the day though. No shelf in the dorm bed to put belongings. The light in the dorm bed doesn’t have a plug in, you have to put it into your own USB port.

It’s very well located, beautiful views of the lake, clean and friendly. And a giant bed!

The room was quite noisy as it’s near the road and harbour, and the windows are very thin.

Really comfy bed, nice view of the lake. Big room and nice warm shower. Location was close to the main street near restaurants etc.

The room was so loud, there was a birds nest on the roof and they woke me up from about 5am. A bird was in the room at one point so there must have been holes in the ceiling. Very loud and seemed to not be sound proof at all.
