We had the street-facing room on the top floor which got noisy late at night, but it didn't trouble us much. Nice views made up for it.

Amazing staff! Claudio and Alfonso made our stay super pleasant - excellent service, great recommendations, superb morning sunrise tour, arranged laundry for us too. The vibes of the hotel was amazing, super relaxing atmosphere - wished we had stayed for longer. Loads of shops nearby, parking on site. It was a challenge to find the place at first as many roads were closed for Easter, but the hotel arranged for someone to meet us and guide us to the hotel. Highly recommended!

Not a dislike but a little coffee maker in the room would have been nice. There was a nice size fridge.

Room was very clean, bed was King and very comfortable. Claudio, was super helpful and accommodating. Patio outside room and rooftop were great. Newly painted mural on the property was stunning.

The room was threadbare, just a bed, a single piece of art, a beat up bedstand with an old light with no lampshade -- just the bulb. So it kind of felt like I was in an empty bunker, except I could hear the dogs and people and construction. Oh yes, great to be on the 3rd floor and woken up to construction on the roof every morning. Anyway, the real complaint for me is that the hot water was lukewarm at best. After you hike up to Indian Nose, you want a nice hot shower to clean off... And the water was just lukewarm. I'd still stay here again but something to consider.

Huge room, and a great area to sit in front of the room, lay in the hammock, enjoy a beer, and enjoy a smoke. Bed looked questionable, but was really comfortable. And everyone who worked here was so friendly. I really can't say enough about how nice everyone was.

Tiny sink in the bathroom! Difficult to wash hands/face Kitchen/gym were quite rusty/not great to use (we didn't even realise the hotel had these so it wasn't a problem!!!) There were ongoing construction works on the roof so could be noisy during the day

Light outside the room shone right into it at night. Found out later that there was a switch to turn it off.

Location was good and the room was well laid out and comfortable. Full bathroom was a must for me and did not disappoint.

A very nice and cheap hotel in San Pedro. Staff is very nice and helpful - helped us get a shuttle to Antigua and led us all the way down to where the shuttle would pick us up, that’s service!

The floors could be cleaned more often and some of the sheets need to be thrown out due to stains and burns. Otherwise very good for the price.

Actually everything is ok, just to consider that it is in front of the main street and you will hear all the noise from the street.

The staff was great, the location is 10 close to bars, restaurants, spas and docks.

Arnufo was great and very helpful. While a bit difficult to get to by car, the hotel's location was great and just outside the noisy part of town. Rooftop terrace was a nice plus as well.

We had a car and it was a bit of a hassle to get there as many streets given in Google Maps or Waze as drivable were simply too narrow (small sized car! Not a SUV/ truck or something). We got there eventually though. Other thing is that showers could have better water pressure (classic electrical shower heads as usual in Guatemala, so not surprising).

The hotel was great, the rooms were very big. The hotel is fairly close to the lake through some narrow streets. We did a sunrise tour and leaving and coming back was no problem at all.

There was a lot of noise from builders, starting early in the morning. Most of the time we had no wifi in the room.

Comfortable kingsize bed. The staff was very friendly. The location is perfect.
