I miles the service of the staff very kind and helpful. The food at least for breakfast was good, lunch and dinner was another story, also the bar was about of mixers for cocktails and the room the air a was broken. They did offer us another room in another level but we rented 2 rooms and we will be far away from our daughters so it was not an option for us.

There was a water shortage for more than 10 hours, a situation very poor handled by the hotel staff. No communication or clarity about the situation and timing to get resolved. No plan B, there was zero water available at the facilities and no backup plan or temporary solution by the hotel. We were the ones calling and asking for information or updates and the staff always said “in 30 minutes it will be solved” but we spent more than 10 hours to get the water service re established.

In The bathroom, cockroaches came out of the bathtub, jacuzzi and shower If the hotel have parties, and you’re planning to go to bed early and rest you will not do it because of the noise If you have car and the hotel is full you have to leave it really far away from The lobby

the tv is very old and the colors changed often. the pipes made a lot of noise, not a big problem because they were not used so frequently but it was loud. there was some noise from the highway but I am a light sleeper and I felt well rested. the person at the check in wasn’t the nicest but the rest of the staff really was. also the noise in the hallway was very loud in the room, but not such a problem because they were not many people around at night even though the hotel was completely booked.

we loved the building, the room, the room service was really good. it is a weird location, there is nothing walking distance, but we found uber in Guatemala cheap, so moving around was easy, at least on sunday because I have heard there is plenty of traffic the rest of the week.

Bed was a little more firm than I prefer. Small washcloths not provided.

Room was spacious. Property was spacious and easy to access. Staff was courteous, professional and attentive to every request. Breakfast buffet was appetizing. Would definitely stay again.

I wish someone would have explained to us from the get go how to turn the lights on in the room. Seems that it was an unconventional system I was not familiar with.

Beautiful hotel gave me medieval vibes ( dark hallways with deamed lights).Bed was very comfortable and the room was big.Staid here last night of our trip since it was close to the airport. Check in was fast and easy. Morning of departure, the front desk staff helped us get a taxi to the airport.Had dinner at their restaurant and it was really good too.

The location means that you're unable to walk outside of the hotel because the main highway (pan American highway) has no sidewalk/pavement for pedestrians. You need to use a taxi or car. Note that the room does not have a fridge.

The size of the room, the comfortable bed. The staff from those in the restaurant to the bell boys were really friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast was really good.
