WiFi wasn’t always great

Great location, reasonably priced and very helpful staff. The view from our room of the lake was stunning, and the hotel was perfect for a few days in San Pedro

It’s a little noisy. Thin(ish) walls and loud noises from street/ lake, that eventually stops later at night though.

Room is okay with private bathroom and table, also a hammock and table on the balcony in front. A small kitchen for common use.

Great location, very friendly staff. Right on the lake, amazing view. Room had a nice queen-size bed which is a nice surprise for places I've stayed in similar price ranges. Definitely can recommend!

A few electrical wires were loose in the shower

The location was amazing, but you do need to have the balcony with lake view, at least on the second floor. It is a family business, and they are all so kind and helped us with everything. Small kitchen with really only the basics, but it was enough for us

Quite noisy on the weekend even if the hotel is located the end of the street.

The hotel is located in the second row from the waterfront. The pictures can be a bit misleading. While you can reach the water from the street, there are only large rocks and no proper beach area to relax or lay down.

The owner was very kind and always available on WhatsApp. He responded quickly to any requests and made sure we had a great stay.

Staff did not speak English (even though the chat on booking did), which made it somewhat hard to communicate; no lockers; a bit noisy / thin walls

Good sized single room with a table to keep my bags; they got me on a group hike to Mayan Face; great views from the reception and other parts of the premises: was able to store my bags in a room after check out; at the end of the alley which makes it less trafficked (good for some)

My room could've been cleaner. No blanket came with the bed. I encountered numerous spiders and insects in my room. The wifi was completely unreliable, at least inside of the room. Maybe it would perform better outside....I dunno. Also, both windows had no locking mechanism, so the room was not secure. The windows would close, but there was no lock on them.

The location isn't bad as long as you get a room on the top floor so that you can look over the hotel in front of this one and still get good views of the lake. This place is located at one end of the main tourist street so many restaurants, tiendas, etc. are nearby. The dock is within walking distance too. They offer laundry services here.

The room I was in had a weird shape and was small. Being a busy weekend I must of got the last room available. Saturday night some guests were very loud. Sunday was a lot more pleasant.

We found the check in process a little odd, but I think that was a language barrier issue.

If you're looking for a quiet hostel away from the main street this is for you! We had a great view of the lake from our room, and used the kitchen facilities to prepare dinner and ate on the terrace. It's quite basic, nothing fancy but fantastic value for money. Hot showers, comfortable beds and filtered water readily available. Loved our stay here.

We got a corner lake view room which was real nice, especially being able to open the windows for fresh air. The bed was comfy, and the bathroom was clean. Close access to the lake for a swim.

They should install curtains that block the light, very hard to sleep after sunrise.

The location is fine, close but still far enough for a quiet night. Friendly owners and kitchen was also fine.

The wifi was abysmal and barely worked, so this place is great for relaxing, not if you're planning to get much work done. The hotel is really two hotels by the same name but by different owners, and getting in touch with the staff in my hotel was often tricky since that hotel didn't have a reception desk.

One of my favourite hotels on my trip! The hammock in front of all the rooms is an incredible touch, and the rooftop is stellar for sunsets. It's on the edge of town so it is very quiet. My room was simple but very comfortable and even included a chair and a small table.

Smallish rooms and not a lot of space to store stuff.

Ideal location, close to everything in San Pedro. Also nice balconies where you could chill. The small kitchen was great to be able to store something in the fridge but lacked amenities to actually cook something (cutting board, pans)

Some rooms have windows facing the corridor that cannot be shut so it can get quite noisy especially on the weekend nights.

Nice staff, locations and view from the last floor. There’re hammocks and tables in front of almost every room.
