Staff were lovely and helpful. The view outside the room and on the balcony is absolutely amazing! Hammock and chairs to sit outside and enjoy in the sun or shade. Access to kitchen and filtered water. Really close to all the restaurants and bars but far enough out that it wasn’t too noisy

Very quiet place in front of the lake. The staff is nice and they have laundry service. The view on the lake is stunning and relaxing.

The view is absolutely stunning, the rooms are spacious, and everything you need is provided.

Some parts still feel a bit makeshift, as if just renovated — the bathroom smells unpleasant and the kitchen could be cleaner.

Perfect location away from the main noise, and the closest you can get to the lake. Amazing view of the lake from the hammock on my balcony. Very friendly and helpful family who runs the hotel. Good atmosphere and other guests seemed friendly. Very spacious and comfortable rooms.

The room is big but very simple and feels a bit empty without any decorations or other furniture than a bed and a desk. I had some ants and a weird smell in the bathroom. I wish the shower had more pressure and temperature control, it seemed a bit unsafe with direct electrical heating. They didn’t make up my room every day, which I didn’t mind, but is something to keep in mind.

Beautiful property right overlooking the water. The hammocks were lovely to rest in. Owners were very nice, relatively quiet compared to other parts of town but a quick walk to the boat and restaurants.

We had to keep open the windows for the breeze, but that meant we could hear some noise from the cars driving by below. But I would still highly recommend the property and maybe earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

The front lake view of the room is just magnificent ! Definitely worse it for a relax stay with a beautiful view.

Great view and location, away from noise mostly

Very basic, only 1 towel provided and no soap for the shower. Windows didnt seal closed properly so bugs could get in. Being rainy season I was pretty concerned about mosquitoes and sprayed around.

Definitely the best view in San Pedro from every room. We actually chose to stay on the middle floor instead of the top floor so I could lay in the sun, which I liked. They are extremely close to the city center so walking everywhere was very possible and easy. The bathrooms have hot water, but Guatemalan kind (showerhead itself warms the water). The hotel is also next to the main entry to the lake for swimming. It is rocky and somewhat difficult to navigate if you have mobility issues, but being right there was fantastic. There is a kitchen and refrigerator but it is very basic. They do have filtered water for your water bottle. The owners are very kind. They also were able to get our laundry machine washed and dried for us at an amazing price. They lock up at night so strangers and dogs can't get in. While I wasn't a solo female traveler this trip, I would have felt comfortable staying here alone.

Not that anywhere else would have been better, but the pillows were really uncomfortable. If it's not the high season, you can probably book through them directly by showing up and save yourself possibly about $5/night, especially for extended stays.

The views were amazing & the hammocks were a plus. I loved just sitting outside taking the view in the end my night.

There was spiders in my room and the sheets smelled like sweat but they were clean. The location is also at the end of the alley/street so it gets a little dark at night.

The view from the room and porch were amazing. The location was great for getting to tours and was on the quieter end of the street.

Room and decor was very basic. No soap or shampoo provided.
