Our cabin was way too small for 4 people with luggage. The bathroom does not have a wall that reaches the ceiling. More of a camping experience but on the expensive side for camping. We would return but to a bungalow (those looked more modern and spacious).

The owner and staff are AMAZING! They were so friendly, helpful, patient with our children. We would go back to see them, in a heartbeat. The location is good. Close to Rio Dulce and easy access by a boat they facilitate. Close to the road that takes you to Finca Paraíso and El Boquerón (we didn’t go because we opted to chill at the hotel! so much fun!). Breakfast was great and restaurant food was very good. All facilities were super clean. Access to kayaks was good.

No AC was the only minor issues but it was not needed.

The staff was súper welcoming and friendly. The rooms were very nice and clean. Tree house #3 was our choice and were supper happy with it.

Angela was wonderful and helped us right away! We loved the staff, the treehouse and rustic vibes, great food and lovely docks. It’s a short ferry ride to everything! And they’ll get you when you come into the port and when you need to get back each day. Nice beds, shower is okay, but really is scenic and good stay for rio dulce

The comfortable rooms are rather large. You arrive by boat. The hotel will either take you to the center of Rio Dulce by its own boat or the staff con make arrangements for you if you want to go to Livingston, which is a nice day tour. The hotel offers a good breakfast. They also offer lunch and dinner. Not to foreget, you also swim in the rio.

The beds were VERY hard. A bit difficult to find the place since the directions from Google maps are not accurate. Contact the hotel to ask directions.

Beautiful location, excellent restaurant, very cute and well equipped cabañas. Good lancha service to and from Rio Dulce.

No AC was a bit brutal if you wanted to go to the room and rest during the day, but it cooled off nicely at night even on the 95 degree day I was there.

It was clean and felt very safe. The bar regulars are friendly and fun to chat with. Good food though a bit expensive, but makes sense for a somewhat isolated spot.

We liked very much the place, on the water! Angela was very kind, and she did everything to make us feel great at the place! We had our laundry washed, had great dinners, and were adviced to visit beautiful places.

Everything was great until we realized there were no amenities like coffee or cups or water in the room. Glad we had our flasks so we could refill from the abundant water spots available throughout the facility. With such an awesome room it would have been great to enjoy a cup of coffee in the comfort of our pajamas. But instead we had to get fully dressed to come to the restaurant, where they did provide free breakfast and coffee. Night stands would have been nice as well to put our things down at night.

Loved the location, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent views. Food at restaurant on site was great! Loved the dogs Pablo and Garcia they are so chill, Pablo would come and hang out at our place.
