Being honest, I thought on anything I didn’t like, but nothing came to my mind, this hostel covered everything I needed.

Bed was comfortable which was a great surprise. Free Wi-Fi. Bathroom and shower were clean. Kitchen was well equipped with all you’ll need. The included breakfast was really good, and I loved the terrace. Staff was kind. Excellent location, there are a lot of restaurants and bars, even the super is nearby, and it’s a key point to go anywhere across the city.

We were only here for one night but it was everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, had a great breakfast (pancakes, eggs, bread, cereal, fruit), and was close to the airport.

Very nice hostel and perfect/safe location in Zone 4. Very good breakfast. Suggest they have guests mark their food items and cover them in fridge with name and date as there were ugly looking plates of half eaten food in there. We stored some cold drinks in there only. Rooms were simple but very clean and there were many bathrooms and showers to chose from. Liked the outdoor seating. They helped book all our transfers

There was a problem with the shared toilet 🚽 that didn't flush at the moment but was solved immediately.

It's a nice place to stay. It's close to other tourist attractions nearby around the city.

The room was not very soundproof but this was not a big problem as the other guests were considerate and quiet at night.

This hostel feels welcoming and safe, with nice common areas and basic but comfortable rooms. The staff member at reception was very helpful with transportation to the airport the following day. The included breakfast was one of the nicest hostel breakfasts during my time in Guatemala; it was freshly cooked and had lots of hot and cold buffet options.

Super comfortable beds in a capsule-style setting. The breakfast was huge - lots of options, and all included in the price! The location is good - Guatemala City is sort of all over the place, but this is in a nice neighbourhood with local and western options nearby. Facilities were super clean.

There is no one to receive people between 23:00- 7:00. It's not a good thing to leave people outside.

Very clean & friendly staff! Breakfast was provided! Good place to meet people especially if you’re solo traveling and they have shuttles to different places for affordable prices. I only stayed for one night but I highly recommend. I will be definitely coming back for my next trip.

The staff are amazing, one of my friend got food poisoning and one of the staff members was so helpful with calling an ambulance and helping us out. The facilities are great, it’s in a perfect location.

-Breakfast needs improving. The time allocated to breakfast is too short, so everyone in the hostel goes at the same time, so it’s way too busy, not enough seats, have to wait for food. Only pancakes were offered with cereal, yogurt, fruit, so only sweet options really, apart from sausages - but if you don’t eat pork then ☹️ eggs are a must! -The WiFi needs improving, we struggled to get signal in our room -The bathrooms need updating and cleaning more often

While in the city, I love that once you're inside it feels well tucked away with plenty of greenery. Everyone is very nice. Location is great for cafés and bars to chill at.

Walls of the capsulas are very thin, little space for so many backpacks in the dorm, lockers don't all have the same size. My blanket wasn't very clean, I got a new one, though.
