Nice clean and friendly, family run business, they live downstairs, walk to town, cafes and port

Swivel fan attached to wall, comfortable room temp, incredible views & sunsets from 3rd & 4th terrace, quiet area, near lanchas and restaurants, doesn’t feel touristy, WiFi works well, friendly owners; they let us leave very early but we had to wake up the host

hot water only at night (idk why, the only reason we figured this out was bc of other reviews); water doesn’t drain well; gate locked at night so if you want in or out at odd hours they have to do it for you

Small room. Appeared to be not very clean. Shower didn’t drain. Found a cockroach on the first day. No breakfast was provided. Gave a poor exchange rate when paying in USA dollars.

The rooftop area for watching the sunset was lovely. The owner was very friendly and helpful, sorted out some transport for us

Just a small comment, some hooks in the room and bathroom would have been handy but not a big issue

My second visit, best location and terrace

The location is great. Walking distance to most anywhere. Staff were friendly & accommodating. Service was great. Rooms were clean. Roof terrace was a nice place to chill.

Have had better sleeping conditions. Bathroom was ok but the draining from the shower stall was slow so it pools. Room & washroom amenities were adequate. We tried it out but next time we're in Panajachel we would look for other options.

The hotel has a beautiful terrace on the third level and it has a fourth level created as a viewpoint to the lake.

This place is lovingly decorated and has two great terraces with wonderful views over the lake. Staff were very friendly and helpful and it felt like staying in a family guesthouse.

shower needs to be cleaned from mold on the walls. or a paint job?? shower inside was clean but did not drain. water was hot.

The location was very good because is close to everything but the noise wasn't hard like in Pana.

Excellent location close to center but still in a quiet street. The room was spacious. Owners are helpful. There is water refill available in the hotel.

Cute family run hotel with nice terrace. Easily walkable to everywhere in town. Decor with local goods. Nice refill water stations. Hot water shower w/pressure. The town has amazing food! Plenty of access to many activities. Friendliest town!

The most beautiful view from the balcony! We were in an immense corner room with windows all around as well. The family are so lovely. And as this is located at the end of the road in Panajachel, it's super quiet and there are no neighbouring buildings to the right.
