How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

It’s a bit outside the historic center, so you’ll need to grab a taxi or hop on a bus to get there.
Super close to the airport, which was really convenient. The room was clean and spacious, though a little old-school in style. Staff were super friendly, and there were a lot of places to eat and grab coffee nearby. Breakfast was pretty good - just wish there were a few more choices.

1. The tub faucet had a leak not possible to have a decent bath 2, the front desk manager Armando Echeverria was very rude at our check in, be carefully with him, the other staff was amazing kindly with everyone

We stayed one night while traveling back to the US. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and breakfast was prepared to order. We would definitely stay again.

The hotel is a bit dated and the kitchen wasn't as clean as should be, there were ants and the staff brought us insect spray, which helped somewhat. The kitchen had only minimal utensils, we had to ask for extra towels.
The room was big and comfortable, large living area and kitchen, which looked renovated. The beds were comfortable and the staff were very nice and friendly. The parking was convenient and the location is right near a big shopping mall and relatively safe.

I've stayed here before, so no surprises. I like the area and in general the hotel. Staff helpful and kind. Good room service. The road noise was more noticeable this time. I did email the hotel twice in the 2 weeks before my arrival with a question, and received no response.

There were construction workers in the area nearby, and the noises began at 7 am
Breakfast was excellent!!! The shuttle to the airport is a plus. We would stay there next time we visit.

It was totally out of their control but construction directly across the street started at 6am sharp with enough noise to wake up a bear in. hibernation. Once the building across the street is finished it will be a perfect stay.
Very clean, people were very friendly.

We had a good overnight stay at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. It’s conveniently located about 10 minutes from the airport, with a taxi costing around US$11. There is a free shuttle service, but it only runs until 2 PM, Monday to Friday. The beds were firm but comfortable. The bathrooms are a bit dated, and we didn’t have hot water—possibly because we arrived late in the evening. That said, after 20 hours of travel, a refreshing cold shower wasn’t the worst thing! Overall, a solid option for an overnight stay near the airport.

Heard street noises at night. Hot water in the shower was inconsistent. It came on really hot on off. Be cautious.
In good location, near the airport, offers free airport shuttle. Walking distance to a shopping mall and restaurants. Room is spacious.

my room had 2 beds I would have preferred one large bed, that's my only complaint. other than that, my stay was perfect!
breakfast was simple but tasty! the staff was great! and always treated me well. I loved my room! it was a corner room with plenty of windows and very large! loved it!!!! the bed was cozy, stayed 3 nights and I will stay there again when I return.
