The zipline experience is amazing and the walk to the beach is worth every step.

The towels had a humidity odor that was a little bit unconfortable.

The beach trail was closed for construction. We were not able to see their beach area.

I loved the rustic feel and bright colors. It was very eco-friendly, which I love. The ziplining was awesome. We really enjoyed the hiking, hanging bridges, butterfly dome, monkeys and waterfalls. Beautiful property all around.

A couple of crickets and a wasp wanted to join the party. But we got them out.

All the natural plants around the property. Also the fun things to do and see with the family like the monkeys, swinging bridges, zip line, bike cables, oh and the children's playground was awesome!

    Nothing!

Activities, the friendly staff, the peaceful environment

Thin walls between rooms so you can hear everything.

The location is on a mini 'nature reserve,' which was nice for walking around, there are some trails with lovely views. The room was clean, had a large and pretty balcony, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room came with breakfast, which was also good. Even though it is a bit away from the main town, it is easy to get to / from Panajachel via uber or tuctuc.

Surrounded by nature yet close to Panajachel

Focus was on day visitors . Restaurant closed at 5 pm . Alternatives were: tuk tuk to Panajachel town : walk ( 20 mins) : dinner at close by Hotel Atitlan or another restaurant maybe 10 minute walk . Service was slow , often no member of staff around . Not particularly engaging staff . Expensive stay

A handful of lodging rooms are available tucked away inside this natural reserve. You will feel like you are staying in the treetops. The rooms are clean and spacious. However, know that the walls are thin and we could hear full conversations next door. They seemed a little short staffed but the people were kind and helpful. Be sure to take advantage of all the offerings on the property including the trails, the wildlife, and the butterfly sanctuary!

If you have mobility challenges, this property is probably less than ideal. Everything is on the hill up and down with uneven ground.

Beautiful rooms, in a natural setting. Very peaceful we had the whole place to ourselves in the evening when the park was closed, just us and the animals. Lovely breakfast. We enjoyed the walks and being able to escape into nature from the hustle and bustle of the town. 20 minutes walk into the town or quick ride in a tut tut and a couple of nice restaurants in the hotels nearby too if you didn't want to venture too far. Its not a hotel so service is limited and you need a bit of Spanish or Google translate helps. Didn't bother us and we loved staying here.

Beautiful setting with lovely walks on site and easy to get a tuktuk into town for more things to do and eat.

A shame the onsite restaurant isn't open in the evening.

    Very friendly staff.

The booking description was misleading as it stated room would have one queen bed and one twin bed. It did not mention the twin bed was a wooden bed (that was actually smaller than a twin bed) which hung from the wall. The description of the room should have been more clear.

The room was spacious and beautiful, We loved walking around the whole reserve at all hours. The staff tried hard to make sure our stay was comfortable.

Although there was usually a tuktuk around to take us into town, sometimes there was none available, and with the hotel being a bit far from main part of town, we had to get creative with trying to find a ride.

It’s gorgeous! Like a little jungle getaway. You have access to the trails and waterfalls at night. Great breakfast with vegan options included in the morning, and the dining area is beneath blooming vines. Very tropical jungle glamping vibe. Butterfly dome is AMAZING!!!

Not a dislike, just an observation, but the park is less like a national park and more like a theme park. Pretty standard for Central America but it is geared towards tourism. Hikes aren’t strenuous, monkeys are behind electric barriers. The lake part is pretty manicured. The coatis come out at feeding time. But, it is quite beautiful and very fun to walk around and explore.

The location was absolutely amazing. It really is in the middle of a natural reservation, you could take several little trails from your room through hanging bridges to see waterfalls and lake Atitlán... They also had a butterfly garden and raccoons and monkeys and there's a zipline option. The balcony was amazing and getting to hear the jungle sounds at night was incredible. The staff was really nice, the room was clean, the bed was huge, the size of the room was good too. The breakfast was delicious.

There was very little space to put our stuff, we could really use a wardrobe. The restaurant served good food, but the closing time at 5 p.m. was pretty inconvenient, especially as there aren't many other options nearby. And twice we came around 4:20-30 and they told us we can get beverages only... Also the isolation was quite poor and we were getting ants, mosquitoes and flies in our room. A mosquito net could have been useful, got bitten in our room plenty of times...

    The grounds were beautiful.

We had coffee and pastry in the restaurant. It took a very long time.
