Location Very comfy beds

Non private massage facilities - people walked right up to the curtain drawn area where I was receiving a massage. Do not disturb signs would be helpful. No hot water

The room was clean & serviced daily, the thermal pools were a bonus & the garden well maintained & a pleasure to spend time identifying tropical plants. We even found a flourishing herb garden.

The only improvement we would suggest would be an accessible toilet roll holder. Having to rotate 180 degrees to access the toilet paper off the cistern is awkward, to say the least! Well done Regis, we enjoyed our stay.

COMODA AGRADABLE

I enjoyed my stay, the location is great. I even got a massage. I only stayed for a few nights and since it was a slow season I got to use the small pool by myself it was very relaxing!!

My room is essentially a 'cottage', it's big and has everything. Only lacking was a desk/table :) Overall I like the property, great location and they offer amazing massages.

Clean, close to dock for easy access to water taxis, beautiful and relaxing hotspring, communicative and kind staff, good breakfast and dinner for a decent price

Nothing! Would book again and recommend

The staff were very welcoming and attentive. There were some problems with the room (no fan, no bedside lamp) and the Hotel saw to those issues quickly. The hot pools were nice and the grounds are kept in really good condition. Don' be fooled by the restuarant "ambience". It doesn't look that inviting but our experience was that the chef really cares about what comes out of here kitchen - very nice.

The rooms take a bit of getting used to, and by developed world standards, to call this hotel a "SPA" is probably giving the wrong impression in terms of quality and ammenity. If you can get past first impressions most people who book this hotel will have a nice time and consider it very good value for money.

Central Location.

Very loud bar in front of the property. Room was very basic. Room and property did not really look like on the pictures. However we had a room very close to the entrance and parking lot. Maybe the others rooms are nicer and more quiet.

The main receptionist and one of the waitresses need to work on their kindness and the treatment of customers. It has happened before, so it's not just a matter of "having a bad day".

Everything! It was beautiful, the staff members were kind, perfect walking distance from everything, comfortable, and clean. We loved the hot spring jacuzzi!

Unusual building with lovely gardens

This really should have been a good hotel, but in reality it was disappointing. First, the check in was unfriendly and uninformative. They didn't tell us anything about the spa facilities, we later discovered for example that the sauna usage costs extra. The room itself is spacious but there's barley any lighting during the day since the windows are very small. And finally, at one of the evenings we wanted to make a cup of tea, we had our own glasses and even our own tea bags, but they said that hot water costs extra. Yes you read that right, hot water costs extra. Even hostels give that for free. Ridiculous service.
