Couple of tiny details I wouldn't bother to mention but I will say the cooling/heating seemed so sluggish my girlfriend thought it wasn't working until after about 10 hours. I wish I could have stayed for longer. Much longer if I could afford it but then there's the thing... The price seemed incredibly high. It's hard to "complain" about it too much though since the stay was excellent overall.

Everything really. Most nicer hotels have a lot of blind spots or little disappointments that add up and things that were made to look misleadingly good, making stays full of little let downs and this hotel might be the best place I've stayed in many years. Room service was great, the food was really very good. When on rare occasion I can afford to. I will be back.

Very modern hotel right in the center of the city. Easy to get to local museums. The hotel has a sauna which can be used until 10pm. The afternoon coffee/tea is included in the price as well as the snacks after 6pm, which is a nice touch.

Only one member of staff lady at the Blu bar near the swimming pool was rude we told the manager and they sent us a gift to our room of cheese nuts etc which was really nice of them It was a shame as all other staff were lovely and so helpful

The restaurants were excellent. The food was excellent. The service was excellent. The employees were super friendly and helpful with anything they could do to make this stay more comfortable. I’m going back this week.

This hotel is a true five star experience. From the staff that goes out of their way to provide everything we needed, to the relaxing spa massages, the delicious food options and comfortable rooms, we were not ready to leave after five days. We will be returning.

Front desk employee, one in particular.. seems to never follow up with things he said he would. Or book things he said he did.

Really nice property restaurant staff were amazing. Breakfast buffet is absolutely fantastic. Loved the spa that’s always a nice addition.

I think the staff is a bit slow cleaning up around the public areas. Lounge and pool areas specifically. My room had a second TV that wasn’t working.

The staff couldn’t be kinder. The beds are very comfortable and the sheets and pillows are top quality. The breakfast buffet is amazing! But the best part of the hotel is the pool on the rooftop of the 5th floor.

The AC in the bedroom was at 21 and no matter how many times we changed it to 19 it would revert back to 21. At least I could sleep somehow comfortably

The charge was more than what was quoted by book.com. I was quoted 422.00 plus 22 percent charges-93.00. = 515.00. X 7.5 quetzals =3862 quetzals. My bill was 4044.37 quetzals. No explanation was given

The room could´ve been a little cleaner. The bathroom was not as clean as I would have expected.

Staff quickly worked with our team to get us set up. Early in the morning everything was ready for us to depart on a timely manner to the airport. Great work!
