Clean and well thought out accommodation. The staff was super helpful and friendly, especially Pancho, who went above and beyond. For its location it was pretty quiet, there were just some (I assume) street dogs barking. But you couldn't hear any bar noise from the room. I booked the private transport from the airport which was comfortable and felt safe.

Location was great. Only a few feet from the lake. Lots of restaurants with in walking distance. Excursions and staff's suggestions were great. Thanks Fransisco! Transportation to and from the airport was easy, safe and on time. Drivers provided information about different areas as we drove even stopped for me to snap a few pics.

We stayed here for three nights whilst we explored Lake Atitlan. Our room was cosy and it had some lovely classic furniture. The staff were very helpful and were able to set up all our transport too and from Panajachel as well as some local tours.

It was located very centrally in Panajachel, making it very convenient to reach the lakeshore as well as shops and restaurants in the town. I also really liked the decoration in the lobby and the cleanliness throughout.

Absolutely astounding staff! Francisco was so kind and accommodating. I travelled all night and arrived much earlier than the check-in time but the were able to have a room ready for me. Such a comfortable bed and clean room. HOT water and such a great shower! The grounds and surroundings are just exquisite! There are beautiful plants, and even a small pond with fish, an trees growing on the grounds. It is so peaceful and pretty. The verandas on all floors are exceptional. I spent much time outside my room on the veranda sorting out travel details and enjoying the many different birds. It's like a little sanctuary. The breakfast is phenomenal! The fruit cup, just one of the options, is huge and offered many varieties of tropical fruit (biased, I love tropical fruit). This is a first-class hotel yet so humble. It felt like home.

This hotel has the perfect location for exploring Panajachel and taking lanchas to other pueblos around the lake! The staff, especially Francisco, were INCREDIBLY friendly and helpful. They even kept my bags for me for a few days while I stayed in other towns. He also helped arrange my shuttle to the airport and back and communicated very effectively when my flight was severely delayed. Don't hesitate to book!

Tip: travel with ear plugs. Not specific to this location but in general I am finding walls thin as I travel in Guatemala.
