Dinner at hotel

Peaceful

I felt rushed during dinner and a show. Everything else was awesome.

Breathtaking

Absolutely, beautiful gardens and landscaping… The ambience was great

No air-conditioning! I had a really hard time sleeping, because it was uncomfortably hot.

Food was good. Needed air conditioning.

I loved loved loved my stay here! Room 114 was huge, beautiful, and windows opened up to the garden where the constant sound of the water fountain was so soothing. The staff was always smiling and greeting you, the hotel itself is beautiful, the restaurant is next to a garden. There is lovely artwork displayed around the hotel (I was lucky to be able to purchase 2 canvas paintings from the local artist who displays his art there!) Hotel location was very convenient and easy walking anywhere I wanted to go. My room was very quiet and peaceful, and I truly enjoyed my time in Antigua and this hotel! I absolutely will return.

I was in the 1st floor with window outside the street and too much noise of cars with music, people talking and not AC I’m Genius level with breakfast and I have to pay for breakfast

A little loud. Our room was on the street side.

Excellent location. Food is OK Properly looks nice. Gardens are nice

No A/C. No way to open a window without loosing privacy. Bathroom is small. When showering, the curtain is all over your. Noisy, extremely noisy. We couldn’t sleep until 12:30 am when the street noise stopped. TV wasn’t working. Not enough furniture in the room and bathroom.

Not worth the money at all. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. 245$ for One person on a twin bed. Horrible

Great location.

This hotel is pricier than many others in Antigua, principally due to its location right by the Arch of Santa Catalina. Our room window overlooked the central tourist alley between the town square and the arch, but we didn't hear the commotion when we shut the windows. The hotel restaurant includes live traditional music and a show with dancers dressed in traditional costumes with masks. Be sure to make reservations for dinner when you check in.

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

Beautiful courtyards. The room was huge and majestic. No street noise coming into the rooms. The restaurant had a chicken soup that was the best I ever tasted! Incredible location.

Noise from other rooms next to ours and outside of the room was pretty noisy when people were talking or showering. The restaurant was wonderful but it is pricey.

The place is old style place.

The beds are too hard no A/C you wake up with back pain. The rooms are hot at night. Super hat. They have a restaurant they start making noises around 5 am. Loud and you can't sleep anymore for the money I should book a better place

Location is amazing in the heart of Antigua. Restaurant on premises is delicious and has great service. Everyone greets you and makes you feel welcomed

Authentically Guatemalan, beautiful property, fantastic location, helpful staff

The food was excellent, but expensive for Guatemala. That might be because they had a band playing in the dinning room at every meal. Again, the food was excellent, and the surrounding were beautiful.

The plumbing in all of Antigua is from when the Spanish were there, so it might get clogged. Don't be embarrassed, it is not unexpected. One solution, is to eat a lot more vegetables; that works.

Loved the garden and rooftop views. The staff are very friendly, will stay there next time I visit.
