Lovely comfy bed and nice spot outside for breakfast.

The hotel is very hard to get into due to it being part of like a small gated estate? The breakfast was slightly random and the bathroom needed some love and care it didn’t feel very new or clean.

It is a well maintained place. Incredible patio and rooftop.

Water pressure was a bit low.

Wifi was a little weak. That was the only thing we were not comfortable with. Other than that, it was a beautiful comfortable place!

The staff are amazing - Angel, Enrique, and Sarah - stand out for being most welcoming and helpful in every way. Sarah's restaurant recommendations were all stellar. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. I loved the terrace on the roof and the outdoor spaces and pool. The breakfast was pretty good, too. I liked the remoteness and quiet of the gated community free from the sounds and pollution from traffic in downtown Antigua.

I was put off by being treated rudely by a security guard at the gate when I first arrived. He took my passport and left me waiting, sitting in a taxi after a 3 hour drive. He asked me ridiculous questions, such as when I booked my hotel reservation. I had no idea and had to call the hotel to ask. They did not have the information, either. I was left waiting with my passport out of my sight for 15 minutes. It was infuriating. I never encountered the security guard again, and the rest of the security staff were friendly when walking in and out. I wished the room had a small fridge and an AC unit. My room had no window onto the courtyard, so I had to use a noisy fan for air circulation. There was a window in the bathroom that provided fresh air. The rooms and bathroom are nicely decorated, but the toilet roll dispenser looks like it should be in a public bathroom at a train station. It looked out of place and unattractive.

It is a good hotel in Antigua, Guatemala. The hotel is in a spacious property, with a beautiful patio where breakfast is served and it is a cozy space for the guests all day long. The hotel is located in a private neighborhood with security guards in the entrance. It makes the stay in the hotel safer, but getting in through the front gate can take a few minutes. The hotel provides a secret code, but ever after we showed it, the guards took their time and double checked us before letting us in. The gate is a few minutes walk from the hotel, and not all Uber drivers where allowed to enter with there vehicle. Breakfast is very good with nice choice between Guatemalan, American etc.

The hotel was great! Such a beautiful courtyard and shared space, with lots of plants. Having a pool was great to cool off on the hot days. The bed was really comfortable. Free access to water coolers of purified water was a good bonus, so we didn't need to keep buying water. And staff were really friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

It was a little bit annoying having to go through the security gates of the complex that the hotel is located in, but we only ever waited a couple of minutes to get in or out. And it wouldn't deter me from staying there again. The guards at the gates only speak spanish, so make sure you have a few words of spanish to get you by. The hotel breakfast was not very tasty, even though we tried a few of their options. But good portion size.
