Tasty breakfast, very nice and comfortable room, bathroom is shared only by 2 or 3 rooms, owner is very friendly and helpful. They offer tours in the fair prices and they will explain you everything that you need to know about your stay in Antigua. Great experience

One of the sweetest hosts I have ever met. Everything felt cozy, welcoming, and clean. There were cute little touches to things like flowers and candles. Also one of the best showers I’ve ever had in central america. Would love to come back one day.

The host was an absolute sweetheart – incredibly kind, welcoming, and always helpful. The place was spotless clean and had a very pleasant, cozy atmosphere. There were flowers everywhere, which made it feel extra charming. We loved the beautiful view from the terrace and the peaceful, quiet nights. The shower was strong and hot, and the breakfast was delicious. Everything was just perfect!🤩

Loved my stay! Excellent location just on the edge of Antigua and only a 10 minute walk into the centre of town. Fernando was an amazing host who went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Great pancake breakfast every morning and exceptionally clean facilities. Top notch all round, would definitely recommend.

Fernando was very friendly, helped us to arrange transport to our next stop after Antigua and allowed us to keep our luggage there after we checked out on our last morning. The little welcome board was a nice touch. Room was clean and comfortable, shared bathroom was cleaned every day. The property is close enough to walk into Antigua in a few minutes but far enough out that we weren't disturbed by the hustle and bustle of town. Strong recommend if you need a comfortable place to stay on a budget

I can only think of a couple of small improvements: shelves in the shower to put my soap, and larger bowls for evening meals.

Friendly welcome. Great location, only a short walk to the road to the viewpoint and less than ten minutes to the centre. Quiet at night. Comfortable and clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Nice terrace view. Good breakfast. Showers had good temperature control and size. I returned for a second stay after a hike, and my stored luggage was already in my room. Usually I have to ask for my luggage, so that was a great touch. One of the best places I've stayed in Latin America.

The only thing I would say is that the place is a little difficult/uncomfortable to find at first due to its location. However, Fernando will get in contact with you through WhatsApp to send you the exact location and ensure you have pictures and videos to find the place.

This place is amazing, very clean and cozy. Fernando goes above and beyond for its guests. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is clean. I was in a suit on the second floor, and even though the bathroom is shared, it's only shared with one more room. You have a view of the volcanoes. Also, walking distance from Antigua's historical streets. The breakfast was very simple (different kinds of cereal, pancakes, homemade jam, little toast, Guatemalan style frijoles or beans, fruits, coffee, milk, and tea). However, for the price, I guess this is fine. Thus, you have access to the kitchen and fridge in case you want to cook your own meal. I had a great experience overall. We will definitely be back!

Host was so kind and organised everything for us! Was great at responding on WhatsApp and he was very understanding. Had a great night sleep after a long day of travelling. And breakfast the next morning was unbeatable - and they even served it early for us as we needed to make our bus.

Awesome value for money, comfortable room in quiet part of town. Breakfast was tasty and host was very responsive and helpful. We liked it so much, we booked a few more nights. Shower was probably the best we've had in Central America this past few weeks, warm and good pressure! They let us check in a little early which was a lifesaver after hiking!

The private room was kind of cramped with two beds. It didn't have a desk or even a chair, but for this price, I can't really complain.

Fernando was very friendly and flexible, and he answered all my questions thoroughly. It felt homey and safe. The wifi was good. The dorm on the roof is clean and new, with good mattresses.

We had a really nice stay at Mazaryk. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable for a great price. It’s quiet and out of town but not too far walking distance. The kitchen was great to cook your own meals in and there’s a nice terrace to chill and watch the sunset on. Really friendly staff who went above and beyond. It was so quiet and peaceful. Super nice and easy to find. Fernando was a great host and made our stay so nice! Breakfast was yummy with the fluffiest pancakes. It’s in a great spot because it’s so close to the city center, but far enough to not be on a busy noisy street. Definitely recommend!

The bathroom was shared but was clean with good hot water and pressure in the shower.

The owner was super friendly and helpful. My room was really nice and the view from the rooftop area is stunning. Breakfast included in the price was a nice buffet and guests can use the well-equipped kitchen themselves, if they wish. This gem is hidden away just outside the central tourist area, so it was nice and quiet, yet only 10 mins walk into the centre. A great experience and highly recommended.
