Friendly staff, clean, quite, excellent location!

The people running the property are so friendly and kind. Rooms were very clean and for the price it is a fantastic place to stay.

The location was good, close to the lake and the market. A charming , quiet room. The staff helpful and welcoming.

The wi-fi was little weak and slow in the room.

The place was really nice in great location and out of Boise from the buzz area, we stayed for 1 night since we were heading San Marcos but would stay longer and again if necessary. Patricia was so kind, helpful, attentive -and supportive with our travel needs. Our bedroom had 2 beds, fan, and a cabinet for our stuff and the bathroom perfectly cleaned as well.

It’s close enough to the main hub without being on top of it. Bed was comfortable. Regular hot water for the shower.

It’s a narrow flight of stairs to take up any bags. My main issue was I arrived at 6pm after traveling from Mexico, I had been up since 5am and travelled for 12 hours. I planned to checkin have a shower and go to bed I was exhausted. At checkin I was told it was cash payment only which I was not aware of. I didn’t have any local currency and had to go out and find an atm to make payment. I was not happy. Also there is some residential noise from dogs barking which I suspect you get everywhere.

Clean family owned hotel with very friendly staff! They helped us with arranging shuttles and offered laundry service. Also, the location is great and you can walk everywhere you need to go!

A few small cons: the rooms are super small and can barely fit two big backpacks, there are basically no power sockets in the room, they are all very high making it nearly impossible to charge something. The laundry service is very expensive, might be better to do it next door

The hosts are fantastic! Felt like any problem wasn't an issue for them and they would go above and beyond to make sure you felt comfortable. They were super helpful with the parking, making sure we got in okay and were ready on hand when we had to leave at 9:30 to drive back to Guatemala City for our flight. The bedroom was spotless and the bathroom was very clean. The young daughters even came to say hi - all round felt like a very happy family owned hotel. We would definitely stay again if we come back.

Cheap, pretty good location, easy to talk to the boats and many restaurants and bars in the area.

The room was very small and warm. It wasn't bad but it's not as nice as previous reviewers have indicated. Room didn't have a lamp.

The lady who runs this place was very helpful She arranged transportation to our next destination at a very good price It is extremely tidy and clean The shower was excellent

The bed was very firm which doesn’t suit everyone The location is a little bit away from the shore but there are restaurants nearby on Calle Santander

It was very quiet, which is the main thing I was looking for. Good beds, nice hosts.
