Great hotel. Patricia is such a lovely lady, when I was staying there I became very unwell and had to stay an extra 7 nights. During this time, Patricia would check on me every day and made me chamomile tea, she even purchased electrolytes and medicine for me, such a kind lady. The room is small in size but has everything you need. Both the room and bathroom were extremely clean. The location is very close to the main street, and around 10 minutes walk from the lake.

The place was really nice in great location and out of Boise from the buzz area, we stayed for 1 night since we were heading San Marcos but would stay longer and again if necessary. Patricia was so kind, helpful, attentive -and supportive with our travel needs. Our bedroom had 2 beds, fan, and a cabinet for our stuff and the bathroom perfectly cleaned as well.

A few small cons: the rooms are super small and can barely fit two big backpacks, there are basically no power sockets in the room, they are all very high making it nearly impossible to charge something. The laundry service is very expensive, might be better to do it next door

Clean family owned hotel with very friendly staff! They helped us with arranging shuttles and offered laundry service. Also, the location is great and you can walk everywhere you need to go!

The hotel and the room were comfortable and really clean. The lady was really friendly and helpful. The location was a close walk to the main street in Pana and to the lake and ferry port. In terms of comparing other accommodation options in the area, I considered this place to be the best value for money. I would recommend.

Nothing we didn’t like but to access the property there is an alley way that’s quite dark and night and I may have been scared on my own.

We stayed one night in Panajachel and needed somewhere just for sleeping. As we expected the room was very small but the bed was comfortable and the whole place was very clean . The owners were very friendly and allowed us an early check in as the room was ready. Excellent value for the price.

Best location possible 200m from everything !! But in a quiet corner to sleep. Top ! Animated street with street food, restaurants, shops is just 2min walk, and the peer and the lake is just 500 m. Place is quiet, owner is helpful, clean and tidy. Recommend.

The only things I didn’t particularly like was not having a key to the front door - at times it was a little annoying having to wait for someone to open the door everytime I wanted to leave and enter ( early mornings or night) and the wifi- at times just wasn’t very good, there was not a stable connection snd some nights i didn’t have a choice but to use the data in my cellphone.

A lovely lady that helped with any questions I had . She was very friendly and welcoming and a lovely person in general. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean, the shower was nice.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. It's located off the main road and it was very quiet at night, but the location is still very central. We had a room with a shared bathroom, but we were the only ones using it. The family was very friendly. We would stay there again.

They are still building so sometimes you might hear some Noise of that. But that was Just a small detail for us.

Location is Nice! Just in a street beside the market street. It is in an alley but easy to find. Mrs America is so friendly but unfortunatly we don’t speak Spanish. But she was really doing her best and asked how our day was en we did our best in Spanish. She is really friendly and kind 🤗

We booked the property a couple of hours prior to arrival, and arrived very early hours of morning. Owner stayed up for our arrival, very accomodating and welcoming. Very good value for money and could walk to everything in Pana.
