Shower was old, property a little dated. Was on the bottom floor and could hear the people above too well.

Lakeside, awesome views, ac. Good service and good food at the on site restaurant. Good pool. Loved the hammocks.

The rooms are in 2-floor wooden bungalows with no sound proofing. It was impossible to fall asleep with the noise the family upstairs was doing. It was also impossible to completely keep the light how because of the very design of the curtains. The staff was lovely but it was clear that the core activity was the marina and they were a little clueless when things didn’t fit in the check list.

The property is located by the river front with beautiful views, and the restaurant area is a lovely place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.

Rooms were a bit stinky and is on the wrong side of the bridge for restaurants.

Marine was lovely was nice to walk around and look at the boats, pool was very nice.

I did not enjoy that there were roaches in my bedroom both on the floor and in the bathroom. The water was really cold and I was sick during my stay so taking a shower was hard. The food at the restaurant was good, however, it took a long time to be served. The second bedroom also had an AC malfunction in the middle of the night and my family that was in that bedroom was unable to sleep.

I enjoyed location and overall vibe of the place. My family enjoyed the pool and thought the food was good. The rooms were comfy enough and the AC was important with the heat.

Lots of cleaning of the pool furniture during our two day stay, which was really loud! The pillows were a little lumpy.

The pool is great, and the view of the river from the terrace outside our room is lovely. The room is quite comfortable, the shower works well. Wi-Fi was good. Our kids loved the boat playground.

You have to walk a long path with water puddles to reach the rooms from the road inside the property.

The owner of the hotel is available to help guests. She is super helpful.

You could understand almost every word from your room neighbours. When I came home in the evening, there were no lights on in the whole complex and I had trouble finding the building with my room.

I cannot say too much because we only spent one night there. We arrived around 10 p.m., and the people who received us were so kind. We left around 7 a.m. the next day, and the receptionist was nice as well. Facilities where clean and nice.

We booked this hotel as we were driving to our destination. I called and asked if they would let us check in at midnight and they were happy to have us. When we arrived, they greeted us, showed us to our room, and said we could deal with the paperwork in the morning. When we woke up in the morning, I was astounded by their beautiful location, tranquility around the river, and excellent restaurant. The paperwork was fast and we had a delicious meal before continuing on our journey.I wish we had more time to enjoy their pool and riverfront views.

I did NOT like that the price offered was not matching the final payment i had to pay for the room, this can be called a scam and bad publicity, when i asked for the price match the front desk person told me "we are even charging less than we should" but you can charge whatever amount you want, but be transparent to don't have misleading charges. as a tourist for me this is severe, because there might be people with strict budget and plans coming from other countries and that is not the way to treat a guest.

I liked that checkin was fast, hotel location was nice and clean, pool was empty. as is a marine there is no hotel people working there only the marine staff is in charge so expect no much hospitality

Didn't respond to booking.com app messages pre arrival re getting to accommodation from bus stop. '24-hr front desk' advertised but no answer to phone calls at night, and no one on front desk when we eventually arrived. We were left stranded on the wrong side of an open bridge in a thunderstorm, property did not respond to requests for shuttle (as advertised). Eventually we made it to a locked gate, which was unlocked after much repeated buzzing and knocking at the door. Night security checked us in ok, but room was a far cry from the 5* advertised. Room was old, tired, uncomfortable, and small, without being cosy or charming. Shower was especially disappointing but functional. WiFi code not given and didn't reach our room anyway. Of the several hundred booking.com places I've stayed, this is in the bottom 1%. If arriving by Fuerte Del Norte bus, stay on the west side of Rio Dulce and avoid this place if possible. Not worth the money.

Godly expensive for just a little bitty tight room. Don’t show up late in the evening as no one is available to let you in
