How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We arrived at 10:30am and paid extra to check in early. We were travelling with 3 kids (2 toddlers) and our room took over an hour to be ready. Technically we paid an hour that was not used.
Our room was very spacious and clean. This place is perfect for people that are travelling because they will pick/drop you off at the airport no matter what time it is. They also offer car rentals.

We stayed for a short time, just waiting for the next leg of our trip, but the people were super friendly. We has 3 beds in our room, a little tight but i had my own bed to rest! They provided service to and from the airport. beautiful terrace.

Pillows were all too big. Room was a bit small. Little food options if getting in late.
Very easy walk to the airport even with a child. Quiet place with a good breakfast. Comfortable and clean room.

-The staff behaved kind of interesting sometimes, but not bad. For example I noticed that they did mind that I asked into the free breakfast coffee and orange juice also. Finally they served only the juice and despite of the agreement they came with that up to the room and 15 mins before time... The checkout process and the overall communication by the morning staff should also be more easygoing. Such as, if I don't go down alone, they never call me that the tour guide arrived. Just when I asked, they told - maybe. Then the guy told I must stay still until he checks the room. I'm not sure what he thinks of guests, and anyways, Booking com would secure them too if any would do anything bad, right? It was just not the nicest farewell process like that. -Wifi did not work - at least not with my devices... -Not too many amenities in terms of food and drink. What is kind of strange if they know that someone checks in at midnight. Only a bit of water was for free. But at least they sell drinks and so, at the reception.
-Despite this is very near to the airport, they are willing to do welcoming pickups. -The room was very clean, the bed was superb comfortable! -I liked the little 'terrace', I think that is kind of unique. No real views but still you can sit outside calmly and in an anyways busy area. -Good hot water, only after 2 mins waiting, and good local shampoo -The staff very well documents everything, such as payments and all, which adds trust and safety for foreigners.

I had a early flight, so I decided to spend the previous night in an airport hotel. This was an excellent choice - the room was very comfortable and the staff were helpful. They even provided a packed breakfast, as I needed to leave for the airport before the restaurant was open

The only thing was the bed - unfortunately it was a little warped and sunken in, just a little sore after sleeping on your stomach for the night.
Shoutout to the staff, super welcoming and attentive. Great to get a free drop off to the airport at 2:30am in the morning. Really appreciate the little complimentary breakfast they gave us at such an early hour of the morning. Gracias!

A bit loud at times, but it is close to the airport so kind of expected

In my experience everything was nice.
It is an excellent option to rest close to Guatemala City airport, especially in overnight stays. The property is 5 minutes away from the international arrivals exit by walk. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is kind and helpful. Internet is fast. The hotel offers free airport transfer every 30 minutes.

Walls and floor thin so sounds travel easily from neighbors.
