Mattress was too hard for me. I think that there was a nightclub nearby so it could get very noisy.

The owners really went out of their way to make it a good place to stay. Good breakfast. Beautiful view. It felt more like a hostel, with people from all over the world.

Great hostel, perfect location. Clean, shared bathrooms constantly cleaned. Breakfast great - pancakes with banana and scrambled egg with a rooftop view. Free filtered water refills for bottles. Tricky to find - when off the boat go straight up hill across the road and 20 mtrs up take the first very small path to the left, follow that around to the right and then 5mtrs up the hostel gates face you.

Very close to the public boat docking area. Straight up the hill half way up & to the left. Follow the narrow alley, til you hit the gate They don't take credit card so bring cash. Good place for a night or two

The pillow was way to hard. Due to the central location there were loud music in the evening/early night. Despite this, I will still highly recommend.

Very central location. Most beautiful view from the roof top. Shared bathroom was cleaned regularly. The owners were really friendly. Best value for money in San Pedro.

Noise from Mr mullet. The location is not easy to find but once you do it's super close to everything. Look for an alleyway that leads to a clinic then turn right.

Hidden gem. Super kind family. Great terrace. Filtered water, good breakfast. Big room and hot shower.

Excellent guesthouse in San Pedro, incredibly good value for money, comfy rooms and lots of seating on the balconies. Good breakfast served on the top floor with stunning views over the lake. It's pretty informal but the staff are all very friendly. Would highly recommend!

The water is not very hot but given the warm weather is not a problem. Maybe I'd suggest to put a sign on the main road as the hotel is in a small alley and a bit "tricky" to find (anyway, I asked and found it in 2 secs).

This hotel is a little gem. It's simple, no frills but it has everything you need. I stayed in a private room, super comfy. It looked even nicer than the pictures. Shared bathroom always clean. Kitchen fully equipped. But the real gem is the terrace with a view of the lake. The yummy breakfast is served there. Also the location is super safe as it's close to the touristy spot but not loud (after 10pm). I definitely recommend it!!!

The property is exactly like pictured. The staff are lovely, and the included breakfast was very nice! The view at the rooftop of the property was gorgeous and they have nice spaces to hang out up there. They also have free drinking water.

The sounds of loud music playing from other areas in town. Obviously out of their control. With the window closed you couldn’t hear anything.

Amazing location, good breakfast, amazing owners who are absolutely friendly and ready to help whenever needed. The rooftop was an added plus. And amazing views of the lake.

Super central located, but quiet and with a really nice rooftop and views of the lake. Cafés and Restaurants are a couple of meters away and the breakfast was included. The best option in San Pedro for a cheap but quality stay!

Nothing. I really enjoyed it

It was a good location. The host was really helpful and communicated promptly. A lightbulb wasn't working and they came and changed it later in the evening. The host texted me pictures of the location before I arrived, which was great because it's not intuitive to find. Breakfast was nice, but nothing fancy. The room was very comfortable and clean, though the toilet was in the shower basically. It was a long room with the toilet at the far end and the shower in the middle.

The view here is amazing and it's in the perfect location. We clocked a lot of hours chilling in the hammock or upstairs in the common areas with a drink. We've been telling everyone heading to San Pedro to stay here, we loved it!

There were ants in one of the beds. The room was rather loud and bright at night. Showers not comfortable
