Quite little hotel which had everything I needed own shower and bedroom. Free tea and coffee and water and a nice court yard.

Excellent location, great value for the money. Our room is spacious and the new bathrooms on the top floor are bright and clean. Hot water shower with good pressure. Staff was knowledgeable and offered great information when we needed to take multiple chicken buses to Chichi. Also love the free water refill and tea/coffee.

The toilet seats on the first floor bathrooms should be replaced. The long path leading to the hotel is quite rocky. Hard on suitcase wheels.

We had a very pleasant stay. The location is great, the laundry service was quick and clean, and the staff were friendly. We also appreciated that coffee and tea were available. Overall, we were very happy with the value for money.

The only thing to be aware of is that the kitchen is a bit small — if several guests are cooking at the same time, it can get a little crowded, though it wasn’t a big issue for us.

The location is great and easily accessible to restaurants and the ferry. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the free water was a great addition. The bathroom is next door to this room, but on the outside. I did not utilize the tv in the room. Pictures are accurate.

The bathroom is small and needs some updates. The shower curtain was very dirty and the shower head sprayed water everywhere. There was not a consistent flow. I would recommend replacing both of these. The sink faucet needs to be tightened also.

The terrace, with its charming character, quickly became a favorite spot to pause and enjoy the surroundings. The staff made travel simple by organizing my transport out of town with effortless pick-up and drop-off. My room was comfortable, complete with fresh towels, and the bathrooms though shared were spotless. I especially appreciated the fair pricing, which made this stay my favorite in the area.

There was no breakfast service, though the morning coffee was a welcome touch. They didn't promise that but its one of the few things I always look for. Enough cute restaurants around to try local food.

Place was located right on the Main Street but further back and away from all the noise. Didn’t have too much as far as amenities but the staff was friendly, good price and comfortable. I didn’t like how the room had one very small fan, but otherwise everything was fine. Would stay here again.

Location was great in the middle of the main road but still secluded enough to have a good, quiet night sleep. Warm water in the shower and some coffee in the morning but overall very basic.

Bathrooms were cleaned everyday but could use an update (toilet seat a bit worn and faucet leaking for example). Nothing too bad but you get what you paid for.

Comfortable, good kitchen facilities, comfortable bed and great shower with hot water. Lovely green courtyard space with places to sit away from the room. Also off the main street so away from road noise, super quiet. Just a 7 min walk to the dock to access the rest of Lake Atitlan.

The kitchen is a bit small so if it was busy you may have to wait, but it wasn't a problem for us.

The room was cozy, comfortable, and clean. The courtyard area is quiet and nice, especially the cat lounging outside. Staff were friendly and helpful. Both the room and the rides to & from Panajachel were a great value.
