Noisy - you can hear everything. Inside and outside of hotel. I was in a room with private bathroom but next to shared bathroom and could hear everything. WiFi was not reliable: some days worked fine, other was constantly toggling on and off. No AC and ventilation did not work - it was super hot inside the room!

Super central. Helpful and nice staff. Clean rooms. Nice atmosphere. Good laundry service. Super cheap: great value for money.

The bathroom ceiling and walls were covered in mold.

The location is really good, it's very close to the local market and the main square. We arrived in the middle of the night and could check in without any issues.There is drinking water in the kitchen, so no need to buy silly plastic bottles.

I was in one of the rooms where you had to use a shared bathroom. I'm sure I paid less for my room than for one with a private bathroom.

It was well located and the staff was helpful. They offer a laundry service, and have complimentary tea and coffee for most of the day.

Kitchen was pretty unclean, we made the decision not to cook or store food there. Staff were seen cleaning surfaces and floors daily but the sink, cooking equipment, and fridge were really dirty although other people did use them. Bar right next door and no soundproofing so you can hear everything. On a Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night the music is SO loud you feel you're in the bar. The music plays from 7pm until midnight on a Saturday and 11pm on a Sunday and we could not sleep at all while this was playing. Two bathrooms but the toilet is in the same room as the shower so had to wait to use them in the morning. Also - this company have two hostels really close together, some of the photos listed here are of the other hostel which maybe seems a bit nicer so our room didn't look as we expected but it was fine.

Friendly staff, laundry service on site. Really good location, quite central and everything is you could want is nearby. Cute cat who loves a cuddle Filtered drinking water available for free. Ceiling fan does a great job of cooling down the room. We made a mistake about our check out date but the staff were lovely and really understanding about this which made it much less stressful so we really appreciated this.

I stayed there 4 nights and only 1 night was the bar next door playing loud music so it wasn't too bad. My room had a window basically into the reception area so I heard everything happening which wasn't that nice when a big group was all leaving at 6am.

The women working at the guesthouse we're all very kind and helpful. It was nice to have free coffee, tea and drinking water available. It was also nice to have a shared kitchen to use.

If there any festivals, ceremonies, parades, etc. going on, you're going to hear all of the noise from them at this hostel.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is a blessing and a curse. It's near enough to the center of town so that everything you'll likely need for a short stay is within walking distance. There's a tienda next door--very convenient. The bigger shower on the 2nd floor has an abundance of hot water. Very comfortable shower. No complaints about the wifi. My room came with a TV that had access to Netflix and Youtube and other channels/networks.

The bathroom smelled a bit.

Walking distance to everything. Staff was nice and let us store our luggage in the return to Guatemala City from Panajachel even though we weren’t staying there anymore.

Super easy and fast check in. The staff working at the time was so friendly and helpful. Decent kitchen available to use. Handy tea / coffee station with a kettle. We stayed on a Thursday night so can't comment on the noise but even with noise it's great value for money.
