In my opinion it was a bit pricey and could have been a bit cheaper for what it was.

It was a very comfortable bed and the communication with the staff was great. They also let us keep our luggage in our room after checkout which was really helpful.

Looked like add-on buildings in a parking area at the back of a main building. No view. Room was big and comfortable with high ceilings, but the shower was not very strong, nor very hot. Kitchenette had taps missing. Small touches such as a small fridge, an area to hang clothes, a few shelves, or luggage racks would have been nice. Main gate was closed and locked at 8:00pm.

We liked everything about our stay! Enly and her family are wonderful people, we had privacy and safe parking for our motorcycles. The unit was close to everything but yet quiet and private. It was clean and tidy and we enjoyed our time there very much. Having laundry services was an added bonus. Highly recommend, and will definately come back.

WiFi is fairly slow and intermittent but host helped when it stopped working altogether. I think WiFi speed is a local issue in San Pedro so not just affecting this property.

Fantastic host, very fast replies on WhatsApp and accommodating (we booked last minute on Xmas eve and were able to get early check in and late check out) MASSIVE bed, very comfortable Hot shower, big smart tv, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, fans Brilliant location, much quieter than along the waterfront, easy walk to the dock and only Q10pp in a tuktuk

Quiet 😊 so easy to get a good nights sleep but walkable to lively area or catch a Tuk Tuk for £1 each The staff we so friendly and helpful and also do laundry should you wish, would recommend to anyone

It can quite noisy from the noise of the road, fireworks etc. but I think this is probably just San Pedro in general

We booked to stay here for 2 nights and we extended for a further 3 as my partner was sick. The staff really helpful, especially with a misunderstanding of extending a night. The tv allows you to log into Netflix, and there were basic utensils such as plates, bowls, cutlery and coffee (which was really useful for us as we had to bring food back to the apartment). I asked about using a microwave and they actually brought me a microwave to the room. We did a load of washing for 45 quetzals, which was done the same day. Thank you so much for your help and support on what was a difficult time for us. Location is good, highly recommend equiroast down the road for a coffee!

The view in front of the terrace was unfortunately not great and it was quite noisy, like almost everywhere in Guatemala.

Enly was a very friendly and attentive host. The room is clean and has everything you need (even fridge, microwave , which I did not use). The bed was comfortable, hot water available at the bathroom.

Very comfortable, modern and simple. Warm shower, big bed, Netflix and enough to make drinks and simple meals. Enly was lovely and checked in with us during the stay. 10 minute walk to the Main Street.

I sayed there for a week while studying Spanish. Enly is a great host and is very friendly and attentive. The rooms are set back off the street keeping the street noise to a minimum. The location is perfect, located half-way between the center and the lake. The rooms are large and bright and I found the bed quite comfortable. Free parking is also great and very rare to find in San Pedro. Another plus is that there's a great ramen restaurant accros the street ran by a Japanese expat.

This place was amazing. Comfortable king size beds, tucked away from the Main Street so felt very safe and the lady that owns the place was so welcoming and helpful! We booked 2 nights and ended up staying 6 nights in total, she even let us leave our bags whilst we left for a 3 day trek and then came back. Felt very well looked after!

Lovely little private apartment in the more local part of San Pedro. The host was nice and was always there to help even though we booked very last minute. Free drinking water and shampoo. Great traditional ramen place just across the street and local market up the road
