The staff in the morning would be very loud when speaking to each other that those in Dorm D will wake up to it - however it’s not a dealbreaker.

The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The facilities were clean. This is a more “chill” and restful hostal with a lot of good food options nearby. I liked the breakfast too and the nice view from the terrace of Volcán de Agua.

Light in the bathroom wasn't too bright. Third floor beds look a little dangerous to me, better ask for a lower one.

Very clean, modern, comfortable beds with a little shelf for the phone and a light. Friendly staff, laundry service (Q8/lb). Quiet at night. Showers have hooks to hang clothes. Big lockers. Nice common area and great terrace with a view on Acatenango and Fuego. Not too social, but depends on what you're looking for. Would stay there again!

First i was at the third level of bunkbeds, which can be kinda challenging to get down from, but they changed my bed after the first night.

The room is a quite hot, especially in the top bunks. Ceiling fans or individual fans in each bunk would be amazing.

Everything was perfect. Location, staff, breakfast, coffee, drink deals, the rooftop. We loved it all. I stayed in the very top bunk and had no problem. One of the nicest and cleanest hostels I've ever stayed in.

They clean the toilets/ showers/ rooms more than ones a day. Super friendly and helpful staff. I slept in the 6 dorm and was perfect. Good big beds! Enough space in the room.

Everything is near by, you have everything you need to feel confortable in your bunker bed. The food is tasty tho the portion are european size (which to me was perfect, I'm not a big eater)

The room needed a fan to help with the heat at night. Free drip coffee at breakfast would have also been nice.

So luxurious! Every space was so clean in the entire hostel. The bathroom was amazing & the beds were very private and comfortable. The staff were also very sweet! My wife & I have stayed at over 30 hostels this year and Flore has officially made our top 3!

The three level beds are quite ambitious if you’re in the upper one as it is indeed quite high and you need both hands to climb it so cannot really carry anything with you. It’s a great use of the space and the high ceiling though, but you need to be ready for it. But if you book early, you can send them a message and ask for lower level bunkbed.

FLORE HOSTEL has been one of my favorite hostal in Central America and I stayed there three times while traveling to different parts of Guatemala. The hostel is welcoming, nice and clean and first and foremost the reception staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast - different kind every day - is included in the price. You just need to pay extra for the (very good) coffee or other beverage. And they also got a nice rooftop terrace to chill.

It is more expensive than the others hostels but if you want something more fancy in a fair price it is worth it !

One of the best Hostel we’ve been to in Guatemala! They helped us with a private shuttle from the airport to the hostel and we arrived late so it was really convenient and in a fare price 49$ for 2 people. Let’s start with the breakfast it is AMAZING! They change it everyday we loved the yogurt and granola so much! There are many sofas to seat in and talk/play/eat they have filter water so don’t worry :) They also have food you can buy during the day not so cheap but so good if you have the feeling of a fancy day 👸🏻 The rooftop is so nice with comfortable beds and places to chill. I booked with them as well the tour to the Acatenango Volcan and it was perfect they work with an other agent - Tropicana Hostel but it’s the same price if you book it with Flore.. it costed to me 89$ including 2 breakfasts one from Flore and a very good one from Tropicana (pancakes,fruits,eggs and snakes to the day) lunch dinner and another breakfast the day after everything worked as I expected. We slept in a dorm room with more people it’s really convenient you have your very comfortable bed and a curtain, a light, place for your phone, locker The place is really clean and fancy 😊 The stuff are amazing always smiling and sensitive and friendly! When I needed them on WhatsApp they answered quickly and you can book everything through WhatsApp all the activities and shuttles it is a bit more expensive than in cash.. They also give you the option to leave your bags in the hostel when you go to the tour :) I came back 5 nights ❤️

It was very clean, I have never seen an hostel with such clean shower. Beds were also clean and comfy and people were really respectful. Also, the free breakfast was amazing. Loved this place!

As a hostel, not the most social atmosphere, but I made friends.

Excellent facilities with lockers at the end of the bed. Separate toilets and showers outside of the room so there was little noise during the night. Individual lamp and electrical outlets with a ledge was excellent to charge devices! Curtains a big bonus that blocked out light. Roof terrace was awesome for breakfast and relaxing. Wifi signal strong.

A kitchen would be nice to make your own small meals.

I really loved staying here. I am a digital nomad and could work without any disturbance or problems - very good WIFI. It was a very chilled and cozy place. There were 2 communal rooms and many bathroom facilities. The showers had high pressure and hot water - amazing. The receptionist was so kind, she took me to the local market to fix my backpack. The restaurant food was very delicious and so convenient. They also helped me with all my shuttles and tours.

The three levels of beds... It's really too high and not safe 😅

I loved the hostel in general, the people working there are very nice, there is a cool patio and rooftop. Breakfast was nice (also they prepare it for you to go if you need to leave early in the morning). The facility is really clean. And also very quiet (not a party hostel). You can leave your luggage there before check in or after check out and take a shower as well. Very backpackers friendly ;)
