The very kind and helpful staff, location (proximity to local and tourist shops), breakfast and roof top terrace.

It was welcoming, and the staff was supper helpful and pleasant.

The location is great! 8min walk from the centre of town, away from the noise. The rooftop is lovely!! The staff were all excellent and the breakfast was delicious. The pool was clean and really refreshing on hot days.

The wifi was a bit patchy, but I could hotspot on my phone fine. The room was a bit warm without AC, but the rooftop was lovely and cool/breezy! No complaints!

I loved the hospitality and the ambiance of the hotel! Super cozy and their terrace has amazing views (:

We were on the second floor and it would get loud because it was right next to the gym

The family were really nice and kind. The breakfast was lovely. Our rooms were very neatly organised. The lady also helped us get a tuk tuk when we needed one. Excellent stay

The breakfast is sooo good and the rooftop is stunning. Amazing views and also the owners and staff are just wonderful. We had such a lovely time!!!

Ideal location, comfortable bed, amazing views especially from our bathroom window and the wonderful roof terrace with 360 views of the lake and San Pedro. Friendly and helpful staff. One had excellent English too. The free drinks tea, coffee and water, plus the good quality breakfast was really appreciated too. Also loved using the gym next door. Great value for the location.

Shower was just warm but enough and old frames were left out next door which you see from the 1st floor rooms. We had a 2nd floor room so it didn’t bother us.

For the price is a very good hotel and the food is great and the customer service is also great and you can walk almost every where from Here. It's hard for the gps to take you there the last 2 minutes of the way, but the manager is always looking for people that are lost and all you have to is fallow him so they are very helpful. Overall, I would definitely come back and recommend it

We had an amazing stay at El Delfin hotel! The staff were lovely, room was beautiful, and food delicious. It has a beautiful terrace with 360 degree views of San Pedro which was a great place to hang out. There’s also a well-equipped gym they give you passes to which is next door to the hotel. Wish we could’ve stayed longer and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in San Pedro.

The breakfast included was amazing! There were 3 options but I choose to eat the traditional breakfast and it was delicious and very fresh.

Really nice place, thanks to the staff for looking after us. The food in the restaurant is excellent and free gym pass for next door’s gym makes it good value for money. Perfect location for seeing the place!

Superfriendly staff, nice gym and great breakfast!

Great value and great location for San Pedro. The gym was great if you use it as we did every morning. The breakfast was also great. WiFi in reception area was great for our video calls. We also had laundry service done for a great price.

Occasionally the water turns off for the morning but I believe this is in the entire town. The gym can be a bit much as it is open from sun up til 9pm but we did not mind as we used it.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast & full-sized (separate) gym included. The major downside is curtains don't keep out light.

A nice refuge if you stay in San Pedro La Laguna...and the staff are wonderful. Make sure with breakfast that you pay 20Q for the fabulous large glass of fresh-squeezed OJ. Loved having our meals up on the terrazzo.
