The view and location were great!

We didn't have coffee machine anywhere near, maybe you can include that in the apartment or at the reception.

This is anything but luxury. All of the furniture is stained, the couch, cushions, bed frame and curtains. The chair on the balcony was broken. I nearly injured myself when I sat in it as it collapsed. We informed the hotel manager who said he would look into it and never did. The pool tiles are coming off and there are sharp edges around the pool making it quite dangerous to get into and out of.

The location is beautiful with amazing views. The person receiving us was very kind and attentive as I was injured and she made me feel comfortable at all the times.

Some water issues in the shower and a bit smelly bathroom. The sofas need to get tapestry changed or deep Clean

Very good location on main street - close to everything. Very spacious room, nice and big terrace. Good facilities - jacuzzi with view. All conversation with owner goes via what’s up.

Non cleaning of the room during our stay (2 nights)

Hosts were very flexible and accomodating with check in and check out procedures and timing. Very good location, beautiful views. Great bathroom/shower and nice minibar in the fridge!

Some of the furniture is a bit dated or damaged and could use repair or replacement.

The view was fabulous

Inadequate facilities to self cater; soiled sofa and outside seating. Badly fitting windows and mattress too small for bed. WiFi was patchy at best

The room was absolutely amazing, and worth the money! A nice and luxurious room with a lot of space and the private balcony was huge and with an amazing view of the lake

The view is beautiful and the AC worked well. The shower water was consistently hot. There is a mini fridge which was very useful.

This place looks way nicer and cleaner in pictures. In reality, there are stains on every piece of upholstered furniture. Black mold in the shower. Spider wipes and dust in the light fixtures. The mattress is too small for the bed frame. They don’t take the trash out during daily cleaning. The pool is too small.

The secure compound is a nice touch and there’s plenty of spots to hang out or enjoy the view.

Unfortunately the shore in San Pedro is very dirty.

Wish the pool was private but it is for all the other condos as well.

We stayed in Dubai by Luxury Atitlan and it was AMAZING!!! Where do I begin… staff is very helpful and responsive. We really appreciated our check in experience. Very close to the docks and so easy to find. Close to many restaurants, stores & shops. Very safe and secure because you enter through an enclosed courtyard with a solid metal self locking door. Inside this courtyard you have the shared pool and sitting areas and gorgeous view of the lake as well as the doors to the various rooms. You’re given a key to the courtyard door and your door of course. Our room was so comfortable. The bed was KING SIZED and plush. Plenty of comfy pillows. There was Air Conditioning which was a pleasant surprise. Excellent Wifi. High quality Samsung TV with Netflix available (tip, login to your own Netflix account, just remember to log out before check-out). The couch is comfy. bathroom is large and gorgeous white marble with a rain shower head above and a handheld available. they leave a HUGE jug of filtered water for you. There’s two burners and a tea kettle and some pots and pans and dishware. A mini fridge (not complimentary but very convenient). The curtains were blackout which is a huge plus because my husband can’t sleep with any light. The room was SO QUIET at night. The first night we had the entire complex to ourselves and we got the pool and everything to ourselves. They light up the courtyard at night and it’s so pretty. We felt like king & Queen. the second night there was a family with many kids and they played in the pool and I was surprised that when we went in our room we couldn’t hear them outside playing. The private patio is the star of the show. The view is completely unobstructed. No one to either side of you either. They have nice furniture for hanging out and a huge sun umbrella that you can open up and it even has lights on it you can use at night. The ambiance is amazing.

The property is in a great location, right near the ferry dock and close to various restaurants, bars etc. The outdoor area has an amazing view, which you also have from the bed.

The place needs to be renovated or touched up. It doesn't look like the photos. The furniture is dirty or damaged, apart from the bed which was great. The bathroom in particular needs work - the wall is mouldy, the grout around the bath and sink has come off, the room generally needs some love. My main issue was the shower - they have obviously tried to create a luxury room but fail on basic things like not having a shower holder on the wall. This means you have to hold the shower, which is made more difficult by the fact that the shower curtain is in the way. Outside, again it is a lovely idea but there is no drainage which means the astro turf floor floods after rain. The place has real potential but needs to sort out some of the fundamentals.
