It was a basic room fine for an overnight stay but I wouldn’t stay for more than a couple of nights given it’s a basic room.

I had to spend an extra night in Antigua after a transport mix up but the hotel I had been staying in was fully booked. This was conveniently located for an early morning shuttle pick up. Friendly staff and comfortable bed for one night.

The bathroom was very tiny, and ventilation in the room was not efficient. One can hear everything happening outside the room, but it seems to be a common problem in all hotels in Central America

The hot water was intermittent. I stayed 2 nights. The first night the hot water took forever but it did come. The second day during the day the hot water was nonexistent. Then that evening it came quite quickly. The bed was firm (I think that’s just normal in GUA though).

The location and price were great. The staff were helpful and spoke some English and definitely understood more than they spoke.

The ceiling in the bathroom was very low, it was a bit uncomfortable but it’s not a deal breaker.

The hotel is very close to the center of Antigua, basically everything is within 5-15 minutes. The staff was nice and kind, the room and bathroom were both clean.

No every one had a smrt phone To connect to wifi therefore it is necessary to have television for information news' weather etc.

Our room did not have a window but believe there are some that do. The hotel is not staffed all the time and so guests have a key for the front door. Was woke up in the middle of the night by a guest banging the door for someone to let them in as they did not have their key. Not the hotels fault but the person woke the whole hotel up and if staff had been there, would not have been an issue. No TV in the room.

Very good value for centre of Antigua. Room was big. Functional stay with no frills.

One person room was too small, I couldn’t even leave my suitcase open, bathroom is super tiny, if your a tall person you’ll struggle.

They reported that the beds were old and not very comfortable. One of the rooms did not have a window; thankfully the weather was very comfortable during their stay.

We rented two rooms for our Guatemalan national co-workers. They were happy with the location of the hotel, its cleanliness and the breakfast offered. They said that the staff was kind and would be open to staying there again.

Did not like that I did not have wifi on my room, I had to go out to the patio to be able to connect 🫠 There was no a/c Rooms are so close that you could hear everything. My first night was awful, people next door were super loud late night and super early morning.

Location was great, 2 blocks from the Parque Central but still quiet. Had a nice upper terrace with a view. I didn't have breakfast there but it looked good, served in a lower courtyard. The hotel kept some luggage for me while I did some traveling in country, very nice of them. They also had purified water available to refill your water bottles. Very convenient location at very reasonable prices. Not a fancy place but everything I needed and more. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
